Totally Hooked

What're the odds? The one man (that's you, Robbie Williams) who flatly refuses to seal the boyband reunion of all time (at a push, that's you, Take that) is reportedly hooked on a show about casualties of other pop bands forming a supergroup.

According to the Daily Star, Robbie is obssessed about new show Totally Boyband, which features the fallout from Another Level (Dane Bowers), New Kids On The Block (Danny Wood), S Club (Bradley McIntosh) and Jimmy Constable (911), as they try to make a success of themselves.

Rob's so hooked, he's ordered up tapes of the show to watch while he's on tour.

A source told the Star: "Robbie thinks it sounds like comedy gold."

Yeah, a documentary about a boyband reforming, you'd never get Take That doing something like that. Right, guys? Guys?

Today's piece of c**p from the 3am bitches-

TXT PEST ROBSTER

Phone spat with Rod's singer son Pals worry Rob's losing the plot Star thinks Fiddy is out to get him

Eva Simpson & Caroline Hedley

FRIENDS are seriously concerned that Robbie Williams has finally cracked up. And now he is expressing fears that a top gangsta rapper wants to beat him up.

The peculiar claim arose during a feud the 32-year-old singer has been having with Rod Stewart's stepson Ashley Hamilton over ownership of a song.

Stressed-out Robbie appeared to have lost the plot entirely when he told mates that one of singer/songwriter Ashley's associates had threatened to "set 50 Cent" on him.

During the spat Rob has also bombarded Hamilton with abusive phone calls and text messages branding him "slimy" after Ashley vowed to take him to court over the "stolen" tune.

The Rudebox star's bizarre behaviour raises fresh questions about the state of his mental health.

It's emerged that he is again battling depression and is being seen by Priory psychiatrist Dr Mark Collins.

On one occasion Rob called LA-based Ashley 10 times in the space of 24 hours accusing him of being a liar.

He then sent him a text saying: "See you in court with a bag of fish and chips," a reference to Ashley suggesting that the singer wanted the cash so he could buy "an extra bag of chips".

A source close to Ashley said: "Robbie's behaviour was erratic to say the least. He was rambling and incoherent. The conversations just weren't going anywhere. He was outraged that Ashley had spoken publicly about this. He seemed to be losing the plot."

The dispute centres on Ashley's claims that the pair worked together on the track She's Madonna on the singer's new album, Rudebox.

Ashley - whose mum Alana was Rod's first wife - alleges that Robbie eventually took the track to the Pet Shop Boys to finish and he was left without any credit or money.

In the series of phone calls, Robbie also blasted Ashley for not coming to him first with the problem but instead calling in the lawyers.

But Ashley has already claimed that when he challenged Robbie about it, he said he was called a "****" and told to "Go and f*** yourself!"

And in a final twist, Robbie was dramatically forced to concede in one of the calls that he may have to bin the disputed track allegedly telling Ashley "I'll pull the song off the record."

Such a move would be financially disastrous as it is one of the better songs off the much-maligned album and omitting it could delay the album's forthcoming release.

Cracks are beginning to show as love-starved singer Robbie has faced a series of setbacks recently.

Not only has he cancelled the Asian leg of his Confessions tour citing "exhaustion" but his ex-manager Nigel Martin-Smith has threatened to sue him for defamation over a track on Rudebox in which Martin-Smith is called an "evil man".

Ashley's spokesman said: "I'm aware of the calls but don't have any comment to make."

Rob's people said: "No comment."

Do get a grip, Rob...

 :arrr:  :arrr:

Oh for goodness sake they keep getting worse and worse :arrr: :arrr: :arrr: :arrr: :arrr: .

These are times when I wish Rob would come out and defend himself instead of staying quiet.

I can't wait until the album is safely out on the shelves. If it is going to be delayed, how long before do you think we will find out. They won't drop the bombshell the night before will they

Also how long before release do they actually make the CD's. I thought they would be all packed in boxes ready to be distrubuted by now

Can't remember when I last posted something nice....

Was he Rob-ed?

Entertainment News - 26/09/06 - Julia Raeside

His box isn't that rude

MegaStar says: 'Has Robbie got his knickers in a twist again? It must be a Tuesday.'

Rudebox flogger Robbie Williams is reportedly claiming that an old mate is sending him threatening texts.

The sex-mad crooner is currently said to be feuding with Ashley Hamilton, Rod Stewart’s stepson, over the ownership of a song on his forthcoming Rudebox album.

It’s the second slice of legal strife to hit the album after reports that Robbie’s former manager, Nigel Martin-Smith, wants to sue the ex-Take Thatter over alleged comments about Smith on one of the songs.

In a final (we hope) bizarre twist, Robbie has apparently claimed that one of Ashley’s “associates†threatened to set rapper 50 Cent on the Robster if he didn’t give up rights to the song.

Girls, girls. Back to your corners of the dance floor and step away from the handbags.

Dear oh dear.

And from what we hear, all this controversy doesn’t make it an album worth waiting for anyway. :o :o :o

:puke2:

Are there any people out there who take the "articles" (they don't even deserve that name) of the 3 am girls seriously ? Their stories about Rob are getting sillier and more bizarre by the day.

I know that Rob is having a well deserved break but after reading that sort of C**P I'd like to him to do an interview to show everyone that he hasn't lost the plot and to set the record straight on all of those stupid rumours. :arrr:

I know I shouldn't let it happen, but reading stuff like this makes it hard to really look forward to the album-

especially as we still don't know if it will be postponed or not.

I know. I was actually swithering whether to stop posting their articles altogether. Not sure what to do....

Haven't really got a news article to post, only a snippet but I thought as the nasty news thread has been growing fast today  I wanna put something positive in here.

Which is that robbiewilliams.de still has a short article about the Rudebox album and it is still scheduled for release on October 20th (Germany gets new releases on Friday). The site is sort of official and related to EMI Germany, so I hope we can rely on the release date not being delayed. Because if it had to be postponed - shouldn't they know by know ? It's only a month away

You would think so.

I'd have thought the CDs would be on their way to the shops about now.

Although I certainly hate reading all this s**t I have not yet made it (and think I never will) to just ignore it and not read it, sadly.

I think that I would come across it in any way or another, if not on this board, it would be elsewhere. And then there's this feeling that I need to be informed about the nasty rumours (or lies) that are written about Rob because just in case people come up to me and say "Have you heard this?" (some of my mates who know I'm a RW fan sometimes really do that...) I wanna be prepared and not hear it for the first time, so I can go "Old news and total b****cks anyway" -_-

exactly the way I feel monsoon...I feel like people like all of us are all he has to defend him. Because if it's in print, people will believe it no matter how ridiculous it sounds.

Edited by dazzleland

Will I keep posting everything then?

I suppose at least we have the Nasty News Thread on here so no-one is taken unawares. If you don't want to read nasty stuff you can stay away from the Thread. I guess.

definately...like monsoon said, at least we know what's out there so we can defend it if someone brings it up!!

well, at the point of being unpopular and it is just my point of view. Of course I could be wrong. But I think posting these articles are just what the 3am bitches want. You are doing their job for them by giving them a bigger audience than their miserly 2million odd readers.

I have stopped posting these type of reports. It is my only way to get back at them and that is to ignore them. You bet they will be searching these open forums to see what the reaction is and if we have posted up their articles. I am not going to give them the satisfaction.

It is a tough decision to take and I fully understand if no one agrees with me. It is just my opinion and I am not saying it to influence anyone of your decisions.

I know it is all about 'freedom', but I am afraid the press don't give us the 'freedom of speech' when we want to get our letters printed, they edit, or refuse to print when they don't particularly like something we have to say. So it is one way street and it is their way. At the moment they are winning by us posting everything they print.

Lets be more choosy.

running off to hide now!

Edited by Jackie

I edited the article !!

There's a nice pic of robbie instead now. I agree, no use posting those articles although

the thread is called "The Nasty Stuff ".

No need for you to run and hide Jackie. ;)

It's a good thing someone told me it's not necesarry to post EVERY article about Robbie over here.

love the new 'myspace' Robbie is certainly giving us alot. 3 websites, a fantastic tour, new albums and DVD's. :yahoo: Wonderful to be a fan.

I really enjoyed reading this article. I remember it mention in 2003 too.

Italian crooner in SA

Johannesburg - His mission is to colour the world pink with his romantic Italian music. He is Patrizio Buanne, the blue-eyed Italian whose velvety voice makes women go weak at the knees.

Buanne arrived in South Africa on Tuesday to market his second album, Forever Begins Tonight.

His debut album The Italian has sold more than a million copies worldwide and reached gold status in South Africa. He is also the first artist who could get permission from pop star Robbie Williams to record Angels, one of Williams's songs.

"I performed in Hungary in 2003 and Robbie and I stayed at the same hotel, but we didn't know it.

"One night I was playing the piano and singing in a bar and I didn't even notice when he came in," Buanne said on Tuesday.

"I heard a voice say: 'Why don't you play That's amore, and when I looked up, it was Robbie.

Later that night he asked for my telephone number and said he might want to record a duet with me one day," Buanne said.

"I was looking for a pop song I could sing in Italian for my new album, and out of the blue I began singing Robbie's song Angels.

The producer was crazy about it and we went to a lot of trouble, and even got a full orchestra for the recording," Buanne said on Tuesday.

"My managers approached Robbie's managers to get his permission for me to record the song, but they wouldn't hear of it. It was catastrophic because all the work had already been done.

"A few months later, Robbie's managers contacted mine and said that Robbie had meanwhile heard my version of the song. He remembered me, liked my version a lot and gave his permission."

Buanne will perform on September 28 and 29 at Carnival City's Big Top Arena in Brakpan.
