I don't watch Xtra Factor religiously anyway (I sometimes watch if there's nothing else on, I'm bored/have no plans and there's a good guest) but yeah not great choices. Melvin is ok but kinda irritating and Rochelle is.... Well, at least she's maybe slightly better than Caroline that's all I'll say :kink:

I'm delighted with those choices! They've got great chemistry on Sweat the Small Stuff so I think they'll be a great time, and I love Rochelle anyway.

Rochelle seems like a competent presenter based on the little I've seen but, in fairness, I think that's only ever been alongside her husband who's a complete charisma vacuum onscreen so she may have just seemed good in comparison. ^_^

Rochelle is a FABULOUS choice. She should have been a judge tbh.

Rita she's fab anyway. Nick I'm still unsure on as he is quite irritating, but I'll give him a chance.

The first auditions tomorrow in Manchester are cancelled due to Simon's mum who passed away this weekend.

Terrible news for Simon, my thoughts are with him and his family.

Confirmed that postponed Manchester auditions will commence tomorrow. Good friends of mine in #MursArmy have a spare ticket for the London auditions next week but not sure I can get time off. Would go in a heartbeat otherwise!

That's a big shame, I went to the auditions last year and I'd definitely recommend it, a fantastic experience!

Olly's there on his own today as Caroline's off filming Love Island...Rita likewise is otherwise indisposed with a commitment in Paris (which prompted my dad to say to me yesterday 'That wot Rita Ora's been sacked!' I wish).

I can't help but feel Rita is going to look out of place as this goes on.

Just as well I didn't get to go to the London auditions next Tuesday...just announced they've been cancelled in light of Simon's mum's funeral. All other London audition dates are still going ahead according to Applause Store.

I wish they'd stop hiring people who can't commit to the whole series.

^I hope that's not in relation to Simon !!!
