Rules are simple :-

 

Basically pick seven numbers from 2 to 40 inclusive.

 

Then wait for the UK Top 40 Singles chart to be revealed on the following Sunday afternoon and for each number

you pick,if that chart position features a NEW ENTRY,CLIMBER or A NON MOVER then you score 5 points.

 

If ANY 6 chosen numbers matches any of the 'non-faller' numbers correct you score a bonus 10 points on top of the 30 points scored for your six winning chart position numbers.

 

If you manage to get the BUZZJACK-POT and predict all 7 'non-fallers' you win the extra bonus pot of 25 points on top of the 35 pts scored for the 7 numbers.

 

The game is based on a 'Lottery-Leaderboard' system and at the end of the year

(December 17th 2006,just in time for Christmas),

the overall winner will win £50 (or your currency equivalent if outside the U.K.) which I will personally send via registered mail to that member out of my own pocket !

 

Yes, you can actually win real cash in this game !

 

 

IMPORTANT !!! Please note..

 

1. The deadline for your numbers to be posted is Midnight SUNDAY Night (M.S.N)

 

2. Any numbers posted in the Lottery thread after this deadline will be considered void.

 

3. ALL posts will be automatically verified & checked on Monday morning so no editing after the M.S.N deadline.

 

4. Any numbers changed AFTER the M.S.N deadline will be discounted and the poster concerned given a ONE WEEK

BAN from participating.

 

5. Please bear in mind that 'Midweek Predictions' are subject to change and may not necessarily guarantee

a succesful outcome.

 

6. Results will be posted up on Monday afternoon along with the new leaderboard

 

7. Only ONE submission of seven numbers per member is permitted.

 

8.THE £50 BUZZJACK JACKPOT IS THE ONE-OFF PAYMENT TO BE AWARDED ON MONDAY 18TH DECEMBER 2006 AND NOT BEFORE.

 

IT'S NOT A WEEKLY OR MONTHLY PRIZE.

I decided not to include the #1 as it will always win each week.Everyone would logically choose #1,so I discounted that number to make it a bit more challenging for everyone.
