So the soundtrack to the most anticipated internationally-released BDSM flick of the year is looking to have a pretty stellar soundtrack to accompany it. Ellie Goulding is already receiving buzz around her track "Love Me Like You Do" and The Weeknd is bubbling under with his "Earned It (Fifty Shades of Grey)" which was released just before Christmas. Beyoncé is reworking two of her songs for the soundtrack (including "Haunted" which can be heard in the film's trailer) and Buzzjack favourites Sia and Jessie Ware have also written new songs for the album.

The album is released on 10th February, just before the film itself is unleashed on Valentine's Day. Check out the full tracklist:

1. Annie Lennox - "I Put a Spell on You (Fifty Shades of Grey)"

2. Laura Welsh - "Undiscovered"

3. The Weeknd - "Earned It (Fifty Shades of Grey)"

4. Jessie Ware - "Meet Me in the Middle"

5. Ellie Goulding - "Love Me like You Do"

6. Beyoncé - "Haunted (Michael Diamond Remix)"

7. Sia - "Salted Wound"

8. The Rolling Stones - "Beast of Burden"

9. AWOLNATION - "I'm on Fire"

10. Beyoncé - "Crazy In Love (2014 Remix)"

11. Frank Sinatra - "Witchcraft (Remastered)"

12. Vaults - "One Last Night"

13. The Weeknd - "Where You Belong"

14. Skylar Grey - "I Know You"

15. Danny Elfman - "Ana and Christian"

16. Danny Elfman - "Did That Hurt?"

Yeah, I was pretty surprised myself to see one of her songs on a soundtrack.

"Salted Wound" has been released to (non-UK) iTunes worldwide and currently sits at #2 in the US! It's nowhere near as good as the first two singles but it's still nice and Sia's great on it. There's no YouTube link yet but I'll post it in the OP if one appears.

Feel let down by the Sia track was expecting it to be good, Normally love her stuff but its no where near Love Me Like You Do or Earned It, Couldn't understand any of the lyrics i had to search them and read what she was singing.

Here's a link for it off youtube.

** edit to my previous post i meant to say she never makes bad music**

Anyway I'm rather disappointed by Salted Wound. It sounds IDENTICAL to one of her older songs but I can't lay my finger on it. Can anyone suggest what I'm thinking of ??

We should wait for the english language version before passing judgement.

yes is it in english?? i can't work out a f***ing word she's saying tbh...
Bit weird to release the Welsh version first, I agree.
Do we ever really understand what she says without looking at lyric videos tho?

Skylar Grey - I Know You from the soundtrack is now out, Liking it on first listen.

Skylar's song is subtle but it delivers! Sounds like typical Skylar style and it fits this soundtrack well.

Well done Skylar :cheer:

The album is online/has been released in some places. Really liking "Undiscovered" so far. I'm still not massively keen on "Salted Wound" and "Meet Me in the Middle" is nowhere near as good as what Jessie Ware's capable of.

Annie Lennox did an excellent performance of "I Put a Spell on You" with Hozier at the Grammy's on Sunday night. I can't find a link but I'm sure if you persist you'll find one. Definitely one of my highlights of the night.

EDIT: It's on Hozier's Vevo page!

Edited by THEO.

For anyone who's seen the film have you noticed that there's a different chorus to Love Me Like You Do .. would love to hear this version if we can find it anywhere
The Vaults track is quite lovely, more mainstream than normal but they do it quite well I think.
