4. Mick Carter (9.47)

I don't want to start an argument but I think Mick / Danny Dyer is arguably one of the most over-hyped actors/ characters in soap. But, your votes put him at number 4 so lets get cracking with the commentary. 2014 saw Mick conquer his fear of water, learn that Shirley was his mother, and help his wife Linda through the horror of being raped by Dean. The thing I like about Mick is how much he supports his family, which is lovely to see in a soap! :)

3. Janine Butcher (9.68)

The true EE bitch comes next. Janine managed to escape jail by doing what Janine does best, lying. We see Janine in an airport during her final scene hinting at causing more mischief by telling a man she got away with murder. I hope Janine returns again in the future as she is an amazing character

Just missing out on the top spot is Linda! There is no doubt about it, Linda Carter had the year from hell in 2014. Her rape storyline captivated millions as we watched her lock it away in her head and saw it eat away at her. Linda also struggled with Mick's sibling's and Johnny's sexuality. We saw many sides to the character which is probably why she is so well loved on Buzzjack

1. Ronnie Mitchell (9.88)

Queen Veronica Mitchell has done it. She is officially Buzzjack's favourite character of 2014! :cheer: 2014 saw Ronnie kill Carl White and be an all round queen. As you can see from the picture above, she cannot contain her excitement. She finally got pregnant again by Charlie, we saw her chill with Peggy and cringe as Peggy done some very bad, over the top acting! We also see Ronnie go up against Nick as she tries to get him away from Dot. So yeah, overall Ronnie had a fab 2014!
