Everybody's says you must be crazy

When you ever gonna learn

You better stay where you are

Don't reach for the stars

You know you're gonna crash before you burn

But now you know we love the life we're living

Living everybody's dreams

Just look at us now

We're loud and we're proud

So check it out

On your cosmic screen

Lights, music, camera, action

Here's another one comin' atcha

You know who's our headline news

With music that will make you move

Lights, music, camera, action

Now we know we got your attention

We're taking that sound overground

Nothing's gonna stop us now (Are you ready for this?)

Before we're getting to the platinum baby

We'll be playing all the tunes

We'll be shaking that, working that

Oh we're stepping out in Gucci shoes

So now we're heading with the lifestyle, uh

Rewriting all the rules

From London, New York, Tokyo

Here's a word

Come on the girls

Lights, music, camera, action

Here's another one comin' atcha

You know who's our headline news

With music that will make you move

Lights, music, camera, action

Now we know we got your attention

We're taking that sound overground

Nothing's gonna stop us now

Pick vocation, new vibration

Wanna go, time's up

Ready for action (oooh, oh)

Lights, music, camera, action

Here's another one comin' atcha

You know who's our headline news

With music that will make you move

Lights, music, camera, action

Now we know we got your attention

We're taking that sound overground

Nothing's gonna stop us now

Living the life we love (come on now)

Loving the life we're living (are you feeling it)

No matter what you do (come on now)

We're gonna keep coming (yeah)

Living the life we love (yeah)

Loving the life we're living (you know I love it)

Baby

Lights, music, camera, action (Na, na, na, na baby yeah)

What's everyone think of 'Lights, Music, Camera, Action'? Should it have made it onto 'Sound Of The Underground' or was it better to stay a b-side? Or is it even not worthy of that status?

I always thought this was a cover version for some reason  It's a good track but yeah I think b-side status was good enough for it. (OK it could've replaced the trash 'Love Bomb' to be fair)

I'd only heard this once until about 15 minutes ago  I really like it though and I think it would've been a good album track, certainly would've made for a more consistent album if it replaced something like Mars Attack.
Nice song, I would replace it with something, but I don't really know with what <_<
As with all their SOTU b-sides, this one is fun, but nothing stellar.

For years this was only available on cassette in the UK, but it was included on the rare European Life Got Cold CD. I own that! Obviously it's now been available via the singles box set since 2009.

I quite like the song. It's always had a hard time from the GA fan base but I'd say it's better than a handful of songs that made the actual album.

I did once buy the 'Life Got Cold' single and this song was, obviously, on it. I never cared for it but hearing it now it's pretty fun.

I really like this track actually, probably my favourite B Side of this era. I wouldn't have been against it being included on 'Sound of the Underground' as a bonus track! It got such a hard time back in the day though, no one seemed to like it. Perhaps because mostly we only had it in cassette rip quality.
