The Club Mixes are always so trashy... I haven't heard it though as it seems it's been taken down.

I can't wait to hear the Radio Mix, hopefully they don't mess with it.

I think the Radio mix is the video version. it's a bit different, no?

I didn't hear any difference, and that's certainly not the "dancefloor makerover" the newspapers were talking about. So they better have a proper Radio Mix planned.

Here is the official Radio Mix:

I love it :yahoo:

I was expecting something more upbeat, the Radio Mix is very "soft", so I'm happy it's not just a trashy dancey mix. The stong is still very beautiful and the added beat on the chorus makes it very "current" (it reminds me of an instrumental but I can't remember what song). <3

Oh no, I don't like the radio remix :( The instrumental backing on the chorus is FAR too fast-paced for the vocals.

Where do you reckon she could perform the song? I guess/hope we will least get one performance for its official release.

I'd love for her to perform at the BRITS, even if she's not nominated, but I'm not quite sure that's likely.

I'd say Comic Relief is a strong possibility, that's on 13th March. There aren't many big shows on at the moment, and Cheryl isn't the sort to do the morning rounds of Daybreak, This Morning and Loose Women.

Omg that Sigma-style Drum and bass beat is totally out of place on the chorus.

The way it just disappears and reappears in the song feels a bit forced. It works nearer the end of the song maybe, but not at the start. It completely overshadows the lovely background chirping sounds.

I'm not sure that is the edit is going to have the same impact that the original would have had.

Oh, I quite like it actually! Makes the song sound faster but still retains a dreamy/soft quality to the track.
its better on third listen. I get that people were expecting something a little more dance-esque but this is actually more current and doesn't trash the song. It's just something... different. And besides, the original version was perfect and has a beautiful video so you can still focus on that version if your not a fan of the radio remix.
After listening a second time, I think the drum and bass doesn't sound good on its first introduction at :50, but works a lot better when it comes in a second time on "You are The Universe..."

I think it's too late for the single to have a massive impact.

I'm guessing when streaming is included it could peak anywhere between #30+. I'm not sure if Radio 1 or Capital will support this.

Capital are already playing it lots apparently! Radio 1...I don't know, but they have no real reason to snub her now of all times. The remix should ensure it goes top 30 at least.

Oh and I'm not too huge on the remix but I'm hoping it grows.

Wasn't "I Don't Care" her first single not to be A-Listed by Radio 1?

I can totally see them snubbing this. :(

Yes, I think it's better if the drum and bass appear on the second chorus towards the end, not from the first one.

Also the ending, it lost the chanting piano and I don't really like her voice to be echoed.

I believe so, but this (the original at least) is more up their street than I Don't Care was, and she's still capable of hits so I don't see why this won't make the b-list at least! Especially as she's such a huge name.
