oops I forget to update the thread, well as usual the three sided country is sending a summery dance tune again, I think this one stands out more than a lot of his previous entries so hopefully it can qualify :ph34r:

 

 

I also know TAI from a more known song, Frequency in collaboration with Watermat who had a minor UK chart hit with Bullit :music:

I've had some spare time today so I thought I could at least pretend to make an effort in doing stats #obsession

 

I lost the spreadsheet for the previous graphs but I guess that's a good thing as I've made a brand new one which incorporates everything into it :yahoo:

It might seem confusing at first but the top line is entries that DNQd, the green is the lowest qualifying point, the red parts below are the DNQ posiitons in the semis, the orange lines and green points are finalist positions, the blue line is the bottom position for each semi, the black line being the bottom of the finals and the purple line/green points are the spinoffs ;)

 

(Also I took a month off between Manse and Tom Sawyer if it isn't clear)

 

Putting it into the OP and I might make graphs on countries pointing me/me pointing countries another time.

 

(Also my OP and following stats posts need updating and tidying up but time for a break I think :P )

Not entirely sure what happened with me when Outsiders was sent a few months ago. I didn't even give it a commiseration and now it's one of my favourite songs right now :lol: :/

 

Of course people grow to songs all the time but I've liked their style for years (I was stanning Karmin's Brokenhearted years ago which sounds very similar) anyhoo, that gives me another idea for my string of OPs: to list songs I didn't originally point/very high :P

 

I could also say St. Patrick as well but I think regular plays of it on plug last year was the main reason there)

Yess thanks for the hype guys :cheer: I've spent the last few days tidying up my OP and stats pages on the first page, to show how many entries have fared and who pointed what and the points I gave in each contest. I'll hopefully get the rest of the entry stats post done over the next few days :funky: let me know if anything looks unclear or you have any suggestions as I'm quite the obsessor over stats if you couldn't already tell :heehee: hopefully my colour coding and bolding etc. helps

We may had our (6th?) DNQ in a row but 23rd is a pretty decent finish, better than finishing at 21st twice before anyway :lol:

 

Have updated the first page with the stats that I can reveal including the graph performance.

Oh dear, going the wrong way :heehee: try and find a different strategy, I tend to change the music genre a bit, otherwise it gets samey sending the same material each month. Try sending something heavy metal (ish), or a bit of a rock banger :lol:

I would like to experiment with different genres, in fact I have a couple of DnB pottashes lined up so I'll probably send those after next month.

So I found out there's a song I know that is obscure enough to enter to BJSC. It's quite enjoyable indie song so I'm keeping an eye out for anyone beating me to it :heehee: not changing my current confirmation though. Ugh. Just don't take it please :kink:

Also second hand hype for St. Burbia's entry this month, Freedom Island by The Free which was my potential I was saving to send maybe next month but now he's sent it I want it to do well ofc :kink: it's also tropic house I think with reggae style vocals which I think is a pretty good combo ^_^
