Coldplay Split With Management

After six glorious years together...

Gigwise.com

It has emerged that Coldplay have split from their long-term management.

Chris Martin and co. have been with the British Firm Propaganda Management since they released their debut LP ‘Parachutes’ six years ago.

Now they have moved to their new manager Dave Holmes at 3-D management in Los Angeles.

News of why the band have left Propaganda Management is yet to be confirmed.

In a statement to the BBC, Estelle Wilkinson wished the band all the best for the future.

Any Comments?

oh my they spilt i can only wish them the best of luck in LA with their new management
This is a suprise :o Can't REALLY comment until we get a reason though..

I wonder why they split?.

Maybe they spend most of their time in LA now?

But it would be weird if their old management was an integral part in their success, but they didn't realise it and now they'll never be as big....

I doubt it though

Most prolly

It's just you hear of certain artists that after dumping their managers, never have the same success again....

Won't happen like, it's Coldplay!

Well it might happen. :( But I doubt it will. ^_^

But I guess we still don't know the full story yet about why they've left. I mean I think if they could have avoided it they would, but I just don't know. :(

i wonder why the split?ALSO i hope it doesnt damage there career it has often happened that when old managemnet go th eband start to lose it a bit
It'll affect the band, yes as they had the same people running everything throughout their career and now suddenly they've got different people on board. I'm sure they know what they're doing otherwise they wouldn't have split with them but it's not always a good thing.
