Throughout the next few weeks, me and Neil will be taking a look back at Beyoncé's ***Flawless discography. We start with her first album 'Dangerously in Love'. First released in June 2003, this album holds some Beyoncé classics.

 

The album itself gave Beyoncé 3 top 10 / 4 top 20 hits to her name. We would like to know your opinion of the album

Other than Hip Hop Star being robbed from being a single, I think he campaign was very well handled. Even Me, Myself & I has grown on me over the years.

This is such an underrated album by casual Beyoncé fans! It's actually incredibly strong and the four/five (depending if you count "Work it Out") singles are some of her strongest single releases from one album ever I think! It's ALL about the ballads on here though, unlike her more recent albums.

Just given this album a full listen through for the first time in forever.

 

'That's How You Like It' is that song. The singles are obviously undeniably strong but the album as a whole is a nice listen.

It’s such an iconic first album! I agree with the above about That’s How You Like It also - a criminally underrated song

Can we turn this thread into the official thread for discussion of this album? I've tried searching for one but don't think there is one!

Other than the singles I never got into this album. Bey definitely improved with each album right up until self-titled for me.
