More likely next week if he stays there - prob top 15 this week.

Hopefully, but top 10 would be better. Seeing as Omi keeps climbing on streaming, "Cheerleader" could be the second song ever to break the top 40 on streams alone

I don't want Kygo to go top 10 this week. If it's going to go top 10 anyway and this could be 'Elastic Heart's last chance of a belated top 10 entry, I want it to happen!

Yeh it's a disgrace it's not out on download yet - could be doing a Kygo!

And there's also a fake version lurking about on iTunes at #43 which could dent the sales for the original. First, it was due March 15th, then April 5th now May 3rd

If the label had any sense they'd bring the release date forward to this Sunday (like it was earlier), especially as the fake version is higher than the pre-order.

They're doing it just so it can secure a #1. Even if it got released this Sunday or next, it would still get #1. It would be #1 this Sunday if it got released last Sunday

I really dont get it,a song like this supported on radio 1 & Capital s gauranteed todo well and rise up the chart - it might not achieve no1 status overal but itll easily go top 10 like Kygo seems to be now. No need to restrict the people who want to buy it.

Cheerleader's not being supported by Radio 1 though. Which probably explains its multiple pushbacks

Wonder whats happened then between the label and radio? capital are on board so they must have just started playing it because they like it and seen it rising in other countries?!

Well Radio 1 don't have to play every hit single, although I do find it odd that they haven't latched onto 'Cheerleader' considering it sounds very R1-friendly. Maybe next week they'll finally add it.

Nothing's happened. The song just keeps being pushed back and it's likely Radio 1 knew about this before we did, hence them not playlisting it. I'm fairly sure Radio 1 will support it.
