Truth Hurts ft Rakim - Addicted

Peak: 03

Chart Run: 3-4-5-9-17-19-27-30-35-50-69-73-(x)-94-(x)-95-90-(x)-96 (16 weeks)

2nd Highest Hit: N/A

Commentary: This hasn't stood out at all to me. Sounds pretty generic but that isn't always a bad thing. Its tolerable but not something I'd listen to out of choice.

Milky - Just The Way You Are

Peak: 08

Chart Run: 8-14-19-31-50-66 (6 weeks)

2nd Highest Hit: In My Mind (#48)

Commentary: The do-do-do sections are undeniably catchy. I do like this song but the vocals spoil it slightly for me. Better vocals and I would love this song.

2nd Highest Hit: N/A

Commentary: I feel this one is more remembered than the chart run suggests. I really like this song. The raps are good and the chorus is solid. This one doesn't get old for me.

Commentary: This song is a bit slow and repetitive. I'll file this under the 'miss' category.

Chart Run: 27-40-51-71-(x)-16-27-40-55-(x)-84-94 (10 weeks)

2nd Highest Hit: Ghosts (#31)

Commentary: This is actually rather brilliant. This sounds like a song that could do well if it was released now. More modern than the rest of the dance songs so far.

Las Ketchup - The Ketchup Song (Asereje)

Peak: 01

Chart Run: 81-63-56-51-49-1-2-4-4-5-5-6-7-9-8-8-8-9-17-22-29-32-39-53-56-61-72 (27 weeks)

2nd Highest Hit: N/A

Commentary: Being 4 when this was released I've had a lot of experiences with this song. This was literally played at every single birthday party I went to for my whole childhood. As a kid I was pretty indifferent to this song. I preferred most of the other novelty 'party' songs. However now I do secretly enjoy this. This must be due to the nostalgia factor.

Nick Carter - Help Me

Peak: 17

Chart Run: 17-37-57 (3 weeks)

2nd Highest Hit: N/A

Commentary: The only charting solo single from ex-Backstreet Boys member Nick Carter. It's not very good of a song as the poor chart run suggests. This was certainly only a fan base driven hit.

Trinity-X - Forever

Peak: 19

Chart Run: 19-30-51 (3 weeks)

2nd Highest Hit: N/A

Commentary: I can find no information about this artist at all so I'm going to presume they are an one hit wonder. I'm actually really enjoying this track but it sounds extremely dated.

The Vines - Outtathaway

Peak: 20

Chart Run: 20-49 (2 weeks)

2nd Highest Hit: Get Free (#24)

Commentary: I'm not really a fan of this type of music. I find it a little bit too shouty but I don't find this one too bad. Continues the run of songs with incredibly short chart runs.

Who Da Funk ft Jessica Eve - Shiny Disco Balls

Peak: 15

Chart Run: 95-95-(x)-81-98-76-69-(x)-15-23-33-49-66-(x)-96-(x)-93-86-93-97 (16 weeks)

2nd Highest Hit: Sting Me Red (You Think You're So) (#32)

Commentary: The backing track to this is great and reminds of a song (can't remember which one) but the vocals sound a bit tacky. It doesn't ruin the song but it stops it from being as good as it could be.
