Luke Friend was #27 in the Wednesday midweeks and still made it by Sunday so hopefully Conor Maynard does the same.

Luke had much better stability on iTunes though - fairly sure he was still top 25 by Wednesday whereas Conor's out of the top 30 and decreasing rapidly. Such a shame :(

Good point actually! Luke didn't touch the top 100 as far as I know. I really do hope Conor can make the top 40, it's a fantastic song and coming back with a single that misses the top 40 would look terrible :drama: (low top 40 isn't much better but still)
either way Conor is probably over now. It's gonna be really difficult for him to recover from this song whether it scrapes the top 40 or misses it.
Not sure if he's over, the record company will probably pull out all the stops to make sure his next single's a hit - they'll probably add a big feature artist or something.

Radio 1 are the only station that playlisted him for this and it's nigh on impossible that he'll manage to get support from them again now (usually a tell tale sign when they've removed it in its release week). I don't see where he can go from here if I'm honest.

yea, in fact Ellie/Rita/Iggy are all a part of his management team too, I don't think it'd be a reach at all for them to finally put together a collab between Conor & one of them in the future actually

What do we think Wiz & Omi's sales are gonna look like on Sunday, based on those Thursday sales?
Becoming a bit of a broken record but yay Iggy finally up :D Keeping my hopes up for top 10 this week.

I think Iggy should certainly make it to at least 10 by Sunday, her streaming seems to be finally picking up now, and is only getting stronger on iTunes.

Brilliant to see Jessie Ware's album still top 20, I'm thinking about #30 by Sunday, but what a brilliant impact Graham Nortan has had for her! More promo please.

:cheer: Major Lazer top 10. I can see that being a couple of places higher by Sunday, too.

Jack Ü to remain top 40, Major Lazer to remain top 10, Iggy Azalea to climb into the top 10 and Sia to drop out the top 40 all by Sunday please
Jack Ü scraping the top 40  I imagine that'll be a future top 10 contender too when radio 1 playlist it (they should do)

Could be even bigger if Capital playlist it

Firestone! :D

Bad news for MC though :( at least he should make the top 15/top 10 sales. Lean On top 10! :cheer: hope it stays there by Sunday, and it looks like Conor will end low top 40, which is ok I guess

Yes for Lean On, so happy to see this finally break into the top 10 hopefully streaming will help this climb a little higher before Sunday!

Shame to see Michael Calfan slipping but at least he's going to be in the top 20 and the fact he's out performing Conor Maynard is hilarious!!

I don't know if the record company will try and go for a second release or just move on as quickly as possible to the third album and try and get a big hit single with a collaboration maybe...
