Just wondering if there's anywhere I can read the sales reports for the first half of the 2000s? I've found 2006 onwards in the sales archive but can't find anything before that.

If you're a subscriber to music week online then you can I believe. To be honest though you don't tend to get anything like the detail you get these days (certainly not pre 2004), normally just the No 1 and anything that is exceptional.

You can view 2000-2003 for free, however as Gezza says there isn't as much detail as you get today.
