I knew I recognised the actress who plays Amanita from somewhere, Martha from Dr. Who :o!

I just finished watching this the other day, it was quite a slow burner for me but in the end I'm glad I invested time in it. Interesting and with quite a bit of depth too.

 

The characters are all as diverse as you can get, very interesting and likeable as well.

So I enjoyed this opening episode but like Silas said, I have no f***ing idea what was going on! I remain intrigued so I'll carry on watching the series.

It is very confusing for the first couple of episodes but stick with it, it's so good! *.*

Watched this in two sittings, very enjoyable stuff indeed and I liked the change of gradual pace and emphasis between the first and last episodes. Looking forward to the second series now to see where it goes now that they will all understand more about how to work together - although I have a bit of a fear that it will turn into a Playstation Lego game where they essentially just scroll through the lead characters to solve the latest puzzle. Ooooooo a science puzzle, best switch to Kala to progress to the next level!

Watching this for the 3rd time. What a show. Season 2 can't come soon enough. Episode 1 is apparently a Christmas Special and they're putting out the rest of the episodes in 2017. Oh and they've recast Capheus as the actor was homophobic or refused to do nudity or something. Lots of rumours going around.

I wasn't disappointed with the Christmas special as such, but with it being 18 months since I actually watched it a recap would've been nice because I found myself trying to recall what exactly had happened in Series 1 multiple times throughout the episode!

2 hours was a bit long, probably could've shaved off 20-30 mins with some of the scenes.

On the whole it was enjoyable and still retained what made me love the first batch of episodes.

I agree, I'm gonna need to either rewatch s1 or read the Wikipedia or any as I couldn't remember much at all :lol:

About to start Season 2. Even though it was on at Christmas, it still feels like it's been forever! So glad it's back but I hope the amazingness from Season 1 continues because the Christmas episode was kinda mediocre.
