September 19, 200619 yr Author Interesting top 10 to be honest, Cascada back inside the top 10, Robbie and Shakira swapping places and the Feeling move up the chart still from last Sundays chart positions, and Nelly is a non mover.
September 19, 200619 yr Interesting top 10 to be honest, Cascada back inside the top 10, Robbie and Shakira swapping places and the Feeling move up the chart still from last Sundays chart positions, and Nelly is a non mover. Not Cascada back in, and Robbie climbing! Our charts are becoming somewhat boring, it's nice how we have bigger sales but I don't want it to turn out like the American charts where songs stay in for centurys.
September 19, 200619 yr ^^ Robbie is falling, Shakira is climbing Anyway, if any song is gonna climb back to the top10, i want Cascada, so that it can put dance in that stale top10
September 19, 200619 yr It won't get like America, with acts hanging on for 30wks in the top 10 or more because our chart is based on sales alone and its very unlikely in a country as small as Britain to see people only hearing a song in its 30th week so going out and buying it.
September 19, 200619 yr Jamelia is at #11 and is apparantley selling more copys this time this week than last week!
September 19, 200619 yr Jamelia is at #11 and is apparantley selling more copys this time this week than last week! It's weird that happened with Pink too, when U + Ur Hand entered number 11 it sold around the same as Stupid Girls which made number 4.
September 19, 200619 yr 'Jamelia is at #11 and is apparantley selling more copys this time this week than last week!' a lot of acts seem to be increasing their sales week on week: shakira, snow patrol, cascada. the feeling, pink and now jamelia. it seems the 80's are coming back!
September 19, 200619 yr i think our charts are much mor interesting now tat songs dont enter hig and then fall straight away
September 19, 200619 yr Author a lot of acts seem to be increasing their sales week on week: shakira, snow patrol, cascada. the feeling, pink and now jamelia. it seems the 80's are coming back! Exactly, the charts seem to be reflecting the 80s, I'm beginning to show my age now
September 19, 200619 yr Author Is Pink top 10 with 'U + Ur Hand'? It would help to troll back a page, before asking a question  :P
September 19, 200619 yr Shakira could end up staying 20 weeks inside the Top 10... That would be really cool  And f#$& at SS's sales.... They're selling like hell :cheer: Beyonce and Christina already out of the Top 20 (Albums) Edited September 19, 200619 yr by $kToFi
September 19, 200619 yr I think Cristinas and Beyonce's album have really underperformed esp Beyonce's
September 19, 200619 yr This is the most rediculous thing EVER!!! Nelly Furtado and Gnarls left from the top ten earlier this year too. These are the new rules. It's even more ridiculous that Snow Patrol have to go. Maneater and Crazy had already made #1 but we'll never know how high 'Chasing Cars' might have gone. It went from 25 to 6. Could it have gone top 3 eventually?
