Any chance of Shaggy entering the top 40 soon?

Glitterball shaping up to be the biggest D&B hit since Gravity it seems. Big step down in quality from that though sadly.

I'd love to see it happen. It would be nice for Shaggy to make a massive comeback to the top 40 since 2002

I'd love to see Shaggy enter the top 40 again after all these years. Considering how well he's doing on iTunes now I think he's going to make it!

I don't know why it's a massive issue that Little Mix are benefitting from extra NOW sales though, because it would just end up with the other version being bought a bit more and Little Mix's streaming is more than enough to keep it at the top anyway regardless. I'm interested about how next week will work out however, it's going to be such a slow sales week so I'm curious about what happens

He was on This Morning yesterday performing and being interviewed, so hopefully. I bought 'It Wasn't Me' on cassette back in the day :)

Glitterball seems to have some staying power. Has it enough to mount a challenge next week, when it will have improved streaming?

If the sun ever comes out it may take off some more!

I'm guessing Little Mix have matched (if they hold on)... well since Atomic Kitten as the longest girl band been at #1 for 3 weeks with The Tide Is High or was that 4 weeks, I can't remember. I know the Spice Girls hold the record with Wannabe for 7 weeks at #1.

Sound Of The Underground by Girls Aloud was Number 1 for FOUR WEEKS.

Beat that Little Mix.

I just heard Omen... and it's a bit of a non event for a song. Two fantastic talents in one and the outcome is 50% of Latch, imo.. Oh well, hope they'll get another top 20 hit at least.

Nice to see Sigma closing the gap with Little Mix a bit. I reckon Sigma will be a sales #1
I ain't got a clue if there are sales missing, but by the looks of things sales from Apple are still missing and probably Spotify, as its only a top 40 update from MW, the gap between LM and Sigma has hardly increased on yesterday.
It looks like all of Apple's data is missing as well as two days from Spotify. If it had all been included, Ella would have been #4, now.

Do you have nothing better to do with your life than correct typos in this thread, Blondini?...
Jesus Christ over a few typos, as long as the update is up, I don't care to be honest, I went out of my way to type that as well.

Can't understand why Aston is flopping so badly. He some good loyal fan support from the very popular JLS fans. Not to mention it's a very decent debut from a ex-boybander. The point is i think the album will go ahead as will Nathan's but lets not kid ourselves that there will be any long lasting career for either. Shame coz i liked Get Stupid and thought it was a sure-fire hit. I would think it's the streaming but its not very high on iTunes either.

Oh and well done Ella either way her name has sold this record...!

Have any ex-boyband members had much success when going solo in the last 5-10 years?
