I think know Clara was the main companion for 'Day of the Doctor'....but, since I have seen very few with River Song as a companion, I voted her to go, but, it surely looks as though Amy will be getting the boot this go round...

In a way Amy is the best really. She's made a comeback several times (even in the 50 year anniversary!)

 

She was plain weird during her first few episodes when she flirted with the Doctor and completely ignored Rory, but she turned it around in the second half of Series 5.

 

And not sure what you mean she made a comeback as she hadn't left until her farewell episode (7x05) and hasn't comeback since?

Rose! *_* Its a very small difference in unbearability between her and Amy though.

She wasn't in 'The Day of the Doctor' though?

You sure? Is he not referring to Amy's brief cameo in The Time Of The Doctor as Smith regenerates and confusing that with being the 50th anniversary? He makes no indication of his referring to Rose in any way.

 

Looking again you may be right seeing as he says 'several times'.
