This chart will be completely controlled by fans. Here's how it works:

 

So in the comments you say something like: Have "Song" by Artist debut at Number 1 and stay there for 2 weeks and maybe in the following weeks it will happen. Those are called commands. You can cancel commands if you feel you do want them anymore. Note: Anybody can change your commands at any time by saying things contrary to your command.

It will be a top 20 unless it gets popular. Also your commands may not happen in the following week so be patient!

 

RULES:

The maximum number of weeks a song can stay in the first spot by comments is 20 weeks (unless there are exceptions of course).

Only one command per week

You can cancel as many commands as you like in a week.

If you do not comment in this for 5 weeks after you make a command that command will be deleted.

I will not do commands

Any song can be used!

 

This week you can request 5 songs to debut at specific places. Week 1 will be posted on Saturday.
