She has teamed up with Greggs to develop the treat, which goes on sale in stores nationwide on Tuesday, September 8. Cheryl commended the bakery for "supporting The Trust and helping to give back to the North East - it really is a project that is close to my heart". She said that she found it "lots of fun" coming up with the recipe, adding: "It was important for me to have something that I enjoy, and I'm sure everyone else will [too]." September 9, 20159 yr Author My local didn't have any yesterday but they'd stocked up today! Pretty tasty, hardly noticed the sultanas & glacé cherries. Very filling too, I wouldn't want more than one in one go.
