So did anyone watch this on Thursday this week? I thought it was a really nice opener to what could potentially be a pretty great show. It was all pretty well acted and there was a constant stream of gentle humour and likability to it throughout, Denise Welch and Janine Duvitski were typically good and (of course) it has the added element of being the first British mainstream show to feature a transgender actress. I thought the relationship between Rebecca Root and Harry Hepple was just really sweet and both played their parts really well.

 

Anyone else watch it?

I've watched half and thought the mum from Benidorm was the best thing in it but I was tired. I'll try again.
