That's a shame, but I can't begrudge Viola Beach overtaking them given the circumstances. #7 is still incredible for a third single from a >400k selling album.

I'm not too sure about Viola beach overtaking them actually. They are falling fast on iTunes and Spotify.

Hopefully SLS can hold onto number 6.

 

Also, they have had some nice increases on kworb - closer to Zayn (who is falling) and number 4 again now.

It would be wonderful if Secret Love Song can climb further, that said, i am just delighted it has a top 10 credit to its name now. Anything from here is a bonus, from a sales perspective it has and will have wonderful sales. It appears the 3 singles from this era will be 3 of their biggest selling singles to date in their career. Excellent result for a group on album number 3 to expand their success rather than decline.

It's amazing that it'll have gotten to the top 10, but I'd be gutted if a top 7 peak was all we got, after how promisingly it all started, it deserves at least a top 5. I still haven't given up hope

It's too crowded now, they're selling excellently for #6, should sell 50k+, I don't know the last time a #6 sold that well. The only way they'll go top 5 now is if they promo the song some more.

 

Good news, the fact they've sold 34k already this week means they have another silver certificatation!

I think 'Secret Love Song' could still get a small boost even without a performance (I'd imagine most of their material will get a bit of a boost from the Brits exposure). Yes, I know Adele will get a big boost from her performance, but I still think SLS has a decent chance of Top 5. It just needs to remain stable on iTunes and continue to climb on Spotify.

I don't think that confirms a performance, I think it means they will be involved in a stint of some sort but I agree if the do get a performance it seems it could be 'Black Magic' rather than 'Secret Love Song' which would be rather amusing yet incredibly frustrating. Maybe they're trying to push 'Black Magic' as close toward 1million as possible?

It says what the "End of Show Show" is just above! It's always a performance of sorts, but includes like Ant and Dec trying to interrupt/sing a long etc.

 

I just watched some back and some artists do a medley though.

It will be a performance - prob black magic but hopefully they can incorporate SLS in there somewhere.

Holding out for a Voice finale performance of Secret Love Song then :D
