belting out over a tropical house hit is something of an oxymoron

based on this week's performances so far I'm liking Lauren's more than Louisa's :o

Oh christ we have Che singing Adele.

Lauren was sensational, a stunning performance. It's a shame that the producers are wanting her out to protect Louisa as that Simon comment was very unfair and a classic "we want to get rid of you" comment!

 

Reggie n Bollie was an absolute mess unfortuantely, I love them but they need to go this week.

i don't want to be a debbie downer but really nothing so far has been particularly good has it? that's what you get when you pull out recent chart hits raffle style and give the viewer's of the x factor the opportunity to vote. hashtag mess or something.

 

also essentially nobody has any likaebility so you end up with two blokes singing karaoke in reggie n bollie appearing weirdly good to ppl!

Did he forget his words?

That was alright but nowhere near as good as I was expecting.

It was fine, he was never going to match Adele. I barely even noticed him forgetting where he was, he's just such a boring performer.

I'm actually loving this week because it's exposing the initial favourites pretty badly.

 

Plus my 2 favourites acts both delivered.

Felt a bit sorry for Che. That didn't work at all.

Simon's ranking is completely wrong lol

To be fair though, none of them were THAT good. 4th Impact were buy far the best, Lauren quite a margin ahead of Louisa and then Che just behind. R&B exist on a totally different spectrum.

They are my rankings for the first round, ironically the 2 bookies favourites for elimination were probably the best two performances there!

Now THAT was much better, best they've been since the first week. The Rich Girl parts especially!

Ok, I hate Fancy, but that was amazing. The whole thing was slick, vocally fantastic, energetic and something an actual girlgroup/popstars could do.
