December 9, 20159 yr Author SPOTIFY TOP 100 OF 2015- #10-#01 10. G.R.L- Lighthouse 9. Ellie Goulding- Love Me Like You Do 8. Carly Rae Jepsen- Run Away With Me 7. Tove Lo- Moments 6. Rachel Platten- Fight Song 5. Petite Meller- Baby Love 4. Jessie J- Flashlight 3. Birdy- Wings 2. Sigma Ft Ella Henderson- Glitterball 1. Kinnie Lane- Je Te Suivrai Wow this top 10 is about 1000000x better than last year (which had random songs like Me Party and Mirrors) (and y'all prefer this years because this years top 10 doesn't have 5 Idina Menzel songs like last year- and Let It Go 3 times in the top 6). G.R.L kick off the top 10 with their beautiful song Lighthouse which is one of those songs I listened to more on youtube than streaming. Ellie's at 9 with her massive seller and fantastic ballad while Carly zooms straight into 8th with shouldvebeenahit Run Away With Me! Just ahead of her is Tove Lo with the stunningly beautiful Moments and UK number 1 Fight Song just misses out on the top 5. Petite Meller's infectious Baby Love does incredible here with Queen Jasy J's anthem Flashlight storming into 4th *.* Birdy flies with Wings straight into 3rd and Glitterball gets 2nd due to early streaming release. Though the winner (by 40 plays :o ) belongs to our April BJSC entry Kinnie Lane with the fantastic Je Te Suivrai  Thanks for reading my spotify top 100 and back to hate chart tomorrow

December 10, 20159 yr Hey UV, love that you're reviewing the year in so many different ways, and there's still loads in the pipeline going by that schedule on the first page :o. The return of the Christmas Trees is a particularly *.* prospect! 'Je Te Suivrai' is so good and grew even more on me since that contest finished - would like to have given it more points actually. I still listen to it now so it's great to see it as your most played track this year! UBBHTDCAM: ULTRAVIOLENCE'S BIG BRASH BITCHY HATECHART TO DEVOUR CRIMES AGAINST MUSIC #50-#41 Commentary will get longer and more brutal as we get further down the countdown. I promise :) HYPED for the top 20. Justin Bieber had a gigantic year this year and the first two singles are shockingly bearable. However no one asked for an Ed Sheeran-esque song (more of those to come later but none from Ed himself I think!) and Love Yourself is a tuneless pile of rubbish. And those albums tracks hogging up the top 40/100 are really getting on my nerves and all sound awful from the clips I've heard. This won't be the last from Bieber on this years chart either. King commentary will come in my countdown of my favourite songs this year as I charted it (SHUDDERS) I love this. Also, did you like or dislike 'King' (or both)?! idgi
December 10, 20159 yr Hi Ultra Glad to see Flashlight up so high, seems like everybody hated it on here. I know it was Jessie and nobody likes anything she does apparently but she really held it back on this and sounded really nice. In fact, at first I thought it was boring for her because there was no big notes or anything but it grew on me loads, still prefer her big ballads like Who You Are and Nobody's Perfect though of course. Run Away With Me higher than I Really Like You? :( Wonder how common that'll be in these End of Year lists across the forum. For me, the latter had way more replay-ability and it was way more infectious too. The instrumental is nice on RAWM but everything about IRLY is so much fun from the video, to the catchy chorus, to the bouncing verses. One of my favourite pop songs of the year! Party In the USA so high! You must listen to it loads even now, me and my friends were singing it in school yesterday and realised we knew all the words, oops. Still such a tune though, one of her best, so much fun to just lip sync too
December 11, 20159 yr Author I can't believe you hate One Last Tim   Jamie Lawson's song is diabolical! Thanks Cami Li  Disagree. Agree! that remix of 'See You Again' was a personal chart #1 of mine :o  still one of Miley's best imo! Thanks Robin  Personal chart #goals and agree with it being one of Miley's best- she's so bad nowadays in my view! 20. Tove Lo- Talking Body Love  19. However that 2 weeks was release weeks so it charted in my personal chart, therefore it's in my EOY :( Hi Ultra Glad to see Flashlight up so high, seems like everybody hated it on here. It's actually probably my favourite Jasy song but Nobody's Perfect/Price Tag/Do It Like A Dude are really close behind! You'll be glad to know (spoiler alert) that I Really Like You is by miles the higher one on my EOY! The only reason Run Away With Me did better on Spotify was because I Really Like You did way better on my phone (countdown will be in about an hour!). PITU is still such an utter classic

December 12, 20159 yr Oh yay, glad to see IRLY higher so the problem of RAWM being higher before has been rectified, so utterly infectious! Glad to see KP just utterly slaying too, Roar is really going to be a classic I think, such a good pop song and the opening notes get me prepared for a good singalong every time without fail  Taylor owning that list as well :o go girl
December 12, 20159 yr I like almost every song in that Spotify top 10 Ultra  Boo at Hot N Cold in your phone top 10 x
December 13, 20159 yr I like 4/5 of your late hate chart update :kink: Agree with Coldplay though, what a bore. This is definitely their worst lead single ever so shame it'll hanging about and outperforming even Magic.

Magic is also awful but gosh it is so poor this new one, agree with you on that! You put so much effort into this Celine *.* Thanks Regina and glad you like the effort  HateChart will finally resume now!
December 13, 20159 yr Author UBBHTDCAM: ULTRAVIOLENCE'S BIG BRASH BITCHY HATECHART TO DEVOUR CRIMES AGAINST MUSIC #20-#16 20. USHER FT JUICY J- I DON'T MIND 19. KODALINE- THE ONE 18. FETTY WAP- 679 17. THE 1975- LOVE ME 16. NATHAN SYKES- OVER AND OVER AGAIN Kicking off this horrific top 20 is that Usher song that somehow became a hit despite the better (but still bad) Good Kisser and the Giving Chlamidiya one (actually don't remember the title) not doing well at all. Juicy J had an awful 2015 which included this awful featurette. The song (I wrote Cody instead of song for some reason here, well Cody does detest the song!) is so awful and the lyrics are actually disgraceful and it is disgusting to be hearing some of those lyrics in 2015. Kodaline returned this year to send us all to sleep again and bore the pants off us with the utterly snoozeworthy The One which just bores on and on with drully vocals and terrible lyrics. Such an absolutely disaster song that should have made it nowhere near the top 40 officially! All of Fetty Wap's songs are beyond terrible and 679 is only not higher because I haven't had to hear it very often. The same goes for Love Me as well, the 1975 are so bad nowadays and this tuneless mess is a horrid song. And luckily for it only being in the chart for about a week when I compiled this hate chart, Nathan Sykes absolutely dreadful cover of the worst song of all time just misses out on an elusive top 15 position here. The vocals are horrid and yeah practically because it's a rip off of SCREECH OF ME, it doesn't even deserve any more commentary.
December 13, 20159 yr It was 'She Came To Give It To You (I Hope It's Not Chlamydia :jameela:)'. Love 'I Don't Mind' and especially '679' but agree that 'Budget All Of Me' and 'The One (To Send Me To Sleep)' are dull AF and 'Love Me' was quite the disappointment.

Such an absolutely disaster song that should have made it nowhere near the top 40 officially! U Wot M8? This will be my wedding song and proud of it to be  Nathan, Usher, The 1975 and Kodaline really should not be here oops
December 14, 20159 yr Author UBBHTDCAM: ULTRAVIOLENCE'S BIG BRASH BITCHY HATECHART TO DEVOUR CRIMES AGAINST MUSIC #15-#11 15. SAM SMITH- WRITING'S ON THE WALL 14. SAM FELDT FT KIMBERLY ANNE- SHOW ME LOVE 13. PHILIP GEORGE- WISH YOU WERE MINE 12. PHILIP GEORGE FT THAT IRRELEVANT PERSON WHO HAD A STROP ON TWITTER- ALONE NO MORE 11. DERORO FT CHRIS BROWN- FIVE MORE HOURS Kicking off the top 15 is the first of 3 entries for the piece of crap that needs to take at least a 20 year break from screeching. If there is writing on the wall, what does it say? It says Ellie Goulding should have done the Bond theme, or Lana Del Rey, or Muse, or any other artist, ANYONE BUT SAM SMITH. Anyway this whiny rubbish screeches your ears for 4 whole minutes and the production is also a bit lackluster. The lyrics are awful, the chorus is dreadful and you can tell it was wrote in about 20 minutes from how awful it is. Thank gosh it's finally falling in the charts. Next up is the millionth billionth infinitieth trillionith verison of bloody Show Me Love WHICH WAS AWFUL IN THE FIRST VERSION. I hated the original, I hated the 2009 version, I hated every other version but this is probably the worst yet. The vocals are awful (I thought it was a man at first), the production is so boring and annoying and sends me to sleep and it is so unoriginal it is offensive. Absolute horror for a song that never needs to be covered ever again. And it's not even the highest song here from its release week which says something! Double whammy of Philip George just missing the top 10 with two dreadful dance tuneless songs. I used to think Wish You Were Mine was worse and it would never bog off like it should have done in the charts but actually Alone No More is somehow worse and the featured vocal is terrible. Both songs should be wiped from existence as both hurt my ears so much. And just missing the top 10 is another featurette for it and this tuneless crap somehow made the top spot (on the sales only chart thank gosh). The falsetto is actually horryfying and his vocals are at one of his worst on this, just terrible. I was really hoping this would flop and I thought it would as well- I was on holiday the whole release week so I didn't see how it was doing at all so it was a nasty shock to see this top 5 when I returned home :( Top 10 later, will be posting it now but not in order for you to predict :)
December 14, 20159 yr The Phillip George shade :snif: I guess the vocals aren't to your taste :P (didn't know about that Twitter thing :o ) Sam Smith not top 10? :nono:
