Hey, your chart is very good. I like it very much. There are much songs I enjoy and I'm glad to see Adele's domination and also "Wildest Dreams" being strong as well as The Weeknd's debut.

I'm not a big fan of 'Focus' I'm afraid, it just doesn't do much for me at all. I'm also tiring a bit of 'Sax' and I can't see it aging well either.

 

Loving Adele's two new entries though, both are excellent, 'Million Years Ago' is my absolute favourite off the album :wub: and WWWY is not far behind in second place, so I highly approve of both of those entering in your Top 10!

 

Really enjoying 'You Don't Own Me', such a gorgeous version of the song. 'Half The World Away' is pleasant enough but as a huge Oasis fan I can't really see past the original version.

 

'In The Night' is pretty good, it was the obvious choice of next single, with the MJ influence coming through on it even more so than CFMF. I can't really hear anything else with too much commercial appeal on the album though so I think he may struggle to get any further hits off it.

I was never that keen on 'Focus' either at first - just sounded like a rehash of 'Problem' - but it suddenly and randomly clicked with me and I'm obsessed now! It's on par with 'Sax' right now and I keep switching between which I prefer!

 

I'm really pleased at the love for 'Million Years Ago'! Particularly struck a cord with me when I first heard it, especially with the time of my life I'm currently in (left school/sixth form and friends leaving for uni/next chapter in their lives etc.). There's a couple of other more single-sounding tracks but I'd love for this to be one! :wub:

 

I didn't know 'You Don't Own Me' was a cover at first but, after hearing the original, I can definitely hear the 60s sound in it. So much better without the pointless rap.

 

I had never heard 'Half the World Away' before the John Lewis ad and I found it hard to imagine Oasis singing it, just felt too "lovey-dovey", but, when I heard the original, it definitely had that classic Oasis sound to it.

 

Yeah, 'In the Night' definitely feels commercial enough to do well but, after the astounding success of 'The Hills' which is the opposite end of the spectrum, I'm surprised The Weeknd didn't try to push something else that was un-commercial.

Excellent to see Kylie as the highest new entry, that S/A/W remix is absolutely brilliant, they captured their 80s sound perfectly! And it's actually a great song too, really well written, with a lovely melody, AND Kylie's vocals sound perfect on it :wub: whilst the "campaign" to get it to #1 was unrealistic to the point of being laughable, I thought it might just do something in the chart... clearly not though.

 

'Delilah' is another excellent single choice from Florence, I don't think anyone could argue against the fact that she's got the singles spot on this era.

 

Even though I do like 'Itch', I find its whole re-release a little pointless tbh, especially when the brilliant 'Graveyard Whistling' is CRYING out for a single release! Fingers crossed that's next though.
