Merry Christmas BJ :) I will be here for the most part!!

Hope Santa came and comes this morning with an NHS Xmas no1!

Like this rundown - Pogues selling 54k in 2005 with the reissue, was that the controversial year it was partly banned on r1?

Easily my favourite Christmas #1 of the century so far

The track never sounds dated, one of their best tracks to date, I just love that riff.

Cheryl at her best :)

They're really doing every Christmas #1 from 2000 when pretty much every single one (barring Girls Aloud and RATM) have been dreadful?

2005 onwards is going to be a lot of fun, yay.

Girls Aloud? Bring back Bob The Builder quick and get this off.

Christmas #1 of 2003

Michael Andrews and Gary Jules

Mad World

Oh, I adore 'Mad World'.

I really like Mad World (prefer this to the original) BUT I was gutted when it beat The Darkness that year...

Mad World best Xmas #1 of the 00s, zero Xmas-sy but amazing song

Omg Gary Jules still gives me a shiver up my spine, best Xmas no1 this century. Hope to more chart battles like 2003 in the future.

Cheryl at her best :)

Being masked by 4 other girls who are more talented - I agree!

(I miss Girls Aloud terribly though :( )

The Tears For Fears original is so much better, but I can take this version aswell.

Mad World another great one! beautiful cover

I love this too, though it's like the most depressing song ever

Madworld

and the rest to come are just awful.

I prefer the Alex Parks version :D

Girls Aloud? Bring back Bob The Builder quick and get this off.

What have you taken?

Christmas #1 of 2004

Band Aid 20

Do They Know It's Christmas?
