really? thought the opposite that it was a re-issue of the original, they credited the other guy that appears on the video too but he didn't appear on the recording

Right, 'Amarillo' is quite a cause celebre because the 2005 chart run is credited to Tony Christie featuring Peter Kay, despite the fact that Kay not only doesn't appear on the track but wasn't even born when it was recorded.
