What's that figure you've got for Bake Off last year? According to Barb it's 15.05m in the 7-day ratings and 15.16m in the 28-day ratings.

Looking back what a monster week that was for BBC One with three shows over 10m - Bake Off, Strictly and Doctor Foster!

It's the overnights! Yeah, the back-to-back of Bake Off and Doctor Foster was fantastic scheduling - both shows seem to grow from word-of-mouth and in turn boost one another.

Wonder what drama will be airing after Bake Off this year (surely they'll take that opportunity again!).

I was right about Great British Bake Off getting more than 10m viewers which I predicted.

Last night's overnight ratings:

Countryfile: 5.7m

Antiques Roadshow: 5.7m

Are You Being Served?: 5.0m

Porridge: 4.4m

The X Factor: 6.3m

Victoria: 5.7m

The Xtra Factor: 320,000

Last night Strictly had it's highest ever launch show, which also helped X Factor which is up significantly from last week and is higher than most of the 2015 series.

Strictly Come Dancing : 9.26m (46.5%)

The X Factor: 8.28m (39.0%) Inc +1

Newzoids : 3.31m (16.7%) Inc +1

Good to see Newzoids also up a lot on the first series (although it's a much better slot so that's expected).

Victoria beat Poldark in the battle of the Sunday night drama! Victoria, with its third episode, drew in 5.3m whilst Poldark returned with 5.1m, down by 1.6m on the first series' opener.

BARB figures are in and Bake Off returned with 13.58m!!! :o That's slightly higher than the 2014 series finale got.

Elsewhere, The X Factor returned with 7.89m (8.52m inc. +1) and got 7.32 for the second episode (7.93m inc. +1), 7.51m for Victoria (8m inc. +1) 6.53m for the 30th anniversary episode of Casualty, 6.26m for Are You Being Served?, 5.66m for One of Us and 5.38m for Porridge.

Tbf Poldark was a bit ahead of Victoria without +1 and I bet it will timeshift ahead of Victoria. That's not to belittle Victoria though because that's doing fantastically well on ITV!

Huge figure for Bake Off! The second highest EVER figure (only behind last year's final and a smidge ahead of the 2014 final).

Cold Feet returned with 6.1m last night against 2.7m for the new revamped Crimewatch on BBC One. Things are looking good again for ITV!
The Eastenders/Emmerdale Tuesday clashes have final come to an end, meaning Eastenders achieved 6.14m instead of being ~2m lower like it has been recently (obviously this week has been advertised as well which helped). It's Eastenders' highest Tuesday rating since 6.9m watched Peggy's death in May.

Bake Off so far this series:

Episode 1 - 10.44m / 13.58m

Episode 2 - 10.14m / 13.45m

Episode 3 - 9.68m

Incredible timeshift for episode 2 :o It's so weird seeing a programme get two high ratings like that in a row!

Looks like Strictly actually HELPS The X Factor rather than damages it as The X Factor decreased to 7.4m last night which is down 1m on last week and 500,000 on last year's equivalent show.

Other ratings:

Casualty: 3.9m

Go For It: 2.8m

Newzoids: 2.8m

The Jonathan Ross Show: 2.2m

The Xtra Factor Live: 440,000

The full official ratings for 29 Aug - 04 Sep will hopefully be up soon but here's the big shows of the week:

The Great British Bake Off: 13.45 m

Strictly Come Dancing Launch: 10.43m

The X Factor (Sat): 9.52m

The X Factor (Sun): 8.66m

Victoria (Sun): 7.12m

Victoria (Mon): 6.83m

Poldark: 6.65m

As for last night's overnights:

The X Factor: 7.2m

Victoria: 5.1m

Poldark: 4.8m

I wonder how high Bake Off will go after the public outcry and support for the BBC this week - especially for the final which could be the swansong of Bake Off in its current if the BBC decide not to go ahead with the Christmas Special.

I think it should be back above 10m for the rest of the series and potentially up to 16m consolidated for the final.

As expected, the Bake Off rose like Yorkshire Puddings last night in the ratings back up to 10.3m!

Episode 1 - 10.44m / 13.58m

Episode 2 - 10.14m / 13.45m

Episode 3 - 9.68m / 13.08m

Episode 4 - 10.26m

I'm not sure how these X Factor ratings compare to last year or any previous years but they're solid ratings still, such a shame the media pay more attention to the overnight ratings when they matter much less nowadays.

It's an improvement on last year, with the corresponding episodes getting 8.53m (Sat) and 7.77m (Sun)! So those episodes this year have added ~1m.
