January 4, 201610 yr It's very strange that they've added Stormzy to the playlist, especially now that things are back to normal. He's top 20 On both downloads and Spotify still so it's went beyond the campaign that initially led it to smash!

It's because Radio 1 want to give Sorry its full amount of time on the A list that they would have usually. They were really slow with adding that one in the first place, Hello and Sorry were released at the same time and both were instantly hits, yet Adele was added straight away to the A list, and Justin was B-listed 3 weeks later, and A listed the week after. That being said, I think it's safe to say Sorry will be removed and replaced tomorrow as it's now had more than enough time on the A list.

January 5, 201610 yr Author Why isn't the new single by Birdy playlisted? It was only released on Friday. The song will have an impact date for radio so I'm sure they'll pick it up within the next few weeks. It doesn't sound like a song they'd ignore.
