The best compilation of his although I miss TVC 15, Look Back In Anger, Cat People (Putting Out Fire), Underground & Day-In Day-Out from it.

 

theres never been a total comprehensive singles and best album track compilation sadly - I still don't have the Moroder Cat People, Underground, and so on - I'm going to have to download I think and make my own!

Wonder why Under Pressure is sequenced wrong on Best of Bowie and 3-disc version of Nothing Has Changed, while it's correctly put on The Singles Collection & 2-disc version of Nothing Has Changed as it came out a year later than Scary Monsters...

Blackstar

 

I wasn't much of a fan of his - however I bought Blackstar along with Hunky Dory and enjoyed both thoroughly.

i only own blackstar and best of bowie.

 

i tend to buy only the greatest hits albums. that way, you get all the good hits on 1 album (and i've learnt from the past you can buy an entire album of an artist, and only like 1 or 2 tracks) so greatest hits all the way for me.

 

when i was out shopping for the best of bowie, i did see blackstar on the shelf- and i was tempted to buy it (i knew it was his final album)

 

but got the best of and went home, felt really guilty for not buying blackstar and got that one too
