I think the weekend effect has just knocked them out, I think they'll start shooting up again tomorrow! Especially with Capital and Heart playing it.

Damn, they're a group? Why choose a man's name as your name... Oops at me.

Well the frontman is called Lukas Graham and he's got a backing band, so it's essentially like a Florence + the Machine type thing without the fancy name

378. Bryson Tiller - Exchange

Can this be added to the future hits list? Very strong streaming and YouTube, Top 40 in America plus popularity in real life and without any promotion or a music video yet! Feeling this could be big.

Added :)

Like Marilyn Manson. Or Alice Cooper. Or PJ Harvey.

Finally getting around to listening to some of these recent chart hits~

Not feeling PILLOWTALK. But then again I didn't feel Stitches at first until a few listens so who knows.

7 Years sounds like a beautiful track lyrically and it can slay the chart just on that basis, song itself is quite nice too.

Is Florence a group or solo artist??

Group. Aside from Florence these people are also in the band:

Isabella Summers

Robert Ackroyd

Christopher Lloyd Hayden

Tom Monger

Mark Saunders

Rusty Bradshaw

So odd that she's always nominated for best female solo artist.

current/potential future hits update -

559. Try Me (feat. Jennifer Lopez & Matoma) - Jason Derulo

I assume this'll get a single push in a few months, still expecting it to be big (moreso than 'Get Ugly' at least)~

Hope the new AlunaGeorge single takes off eventually, would be nice to see them manage a successful comeback!

Quite a few songs on the comprehensive current/future hits just seem to be floating around waiting for greater exposure on radio and Spotify and receive a music video.

The Jason Derulo and AlunaGeorge songs are good examples and I'd include Riton, Bryson Tiller, Kid Ink & G-Eazy in that bracket too - especially going by their reactions in the clubs. Whereas the Post Malone, Tory Lanez & Travis Scott tracks have probably 'been and gone' even if I'd happily be proven wrong.

Really it doesn't make much sense.

6 History +1

7 Love Yourself -1

Talent winning

a lot of solo singer-songwriters have a permanent band that always plays with them live and on studio, so there is a thin line between considering them a solo artist or a band...

but in the case of Florence + The Machine, it's a proper band, actually The Machine is the nickname of this girl that is also in the band, I think her name is Isabel Summers (from memory but I might be off), and she not only plays and tours, she also writes songs, think she cowrote most of the big ones in the beginning like Dog Days are Over and Cosmic Love,... so the Brits got it all wrong nominating Florence as solo singer :(

 76 Rachel Platten - Stand By You

Dark green update as well, it was on the verge of dropping out of the top 100. :o Any reason/ has she performed somewhere?

Zyan will be number 1 this week with no doubt, we're 4 days in and he still have 30% lead and a BIG lead on Spotify, happy for him.
