im just after reading the in th echart watch thread in charts that the album is as low as number 51,this really is shocking

For an artist of her calibre it really is bad

She isn't working with the people who started her carreer - she is working with the people that made her carreer a hit. Her first 2 albums went basically unlooked and flopped. It was her 3rd album "control" which made her carreer. This new album is in connection for the 20th anniversery of "control"

I'm surprised by that.

Nearer christmas, missing the top 40 would have been understandable.

 

I think 'Call On Me' is dreadful so the album was never going to do that well here.

But then it's going to be #1 in America.

 

Weird.

USA has always been more of a favourable market to her than us anyway but its still sad that a huge artist like her can do so bad.

without a doubt all Janet albums will hit Number 1 in America!
