October 2, 200618 yr Yeh, I wasn't even a fan back then :o! I just was in Safeway with friends cause they wanted to get drinks and c**p and I was like I want to get a CD I don't know what one though so I thought I liked It's Like That so I bought the album :o
October 8, 200618 yr Author That's why I bought it too. ^_^ I liked It's Like That, but remember disliking Through The Rain (love it now) and Boy. But I had to go to ASDA to buy the Natalie Imbruglia album and thought I may as well buy it, and never looked back. :wub:
October 9, 200618 yr Author I like her, I like Torn and Shiver, but her 2nd album wasn't that good was it? Well White Lilies Island was quite good I thought, I wasn't fond of Left Of The Middle, and Counting Down The Days was a bit ropey. :P
October 9, 200618 yr Earlier today, a randomly selected number of Mariah fans were invited to attend a special pre-concert taping at the Honda Center (formerly known as the Arrowhead Pond of Anaheim) in Anaheim, California. MC performed a medley of songs for the intimate crowd. It appears that the purpose of this event was to include fans, regulate the lighting, and review other technical aspects in preparation for tonight's actual concert taping. It is believed that tonight's concert as well as the fans' involvement will be included in a CD/DVD release. More news on the CD/DVD... Omg I hope it's a CD/DVD, cause I'd rather have it on CD so I can listen to it :wub: But... --Tonight's taping is expected to be released as a CD/DVD compilation possibly in time for the holidays. Omg! This is the night :o

When the crowd grew impatient, musical director Randy Jackson came out and explained that MC had personally chosen the Anaheim concert to be filmed for a DVD release and television special. OFFICIAL CONFIRMATION there's gonna be a DVD. But we had this for Charmy Tour too, so let's not get too excited yet :o
October 10, 200618 yr CONCERT TAPED FOR DVD RELEASE Yesterday, a randomly selected number of Mariah fans were invited to attend a special pre-concert taping at the Honda Center (formerly known as the Arrowhead Pond of Anaheim) in Anaheim, California. MC performed a medley of songs for the intimate crowd. It appears that the purpose of this event was to include fans, regulate the lighting, and review other technical aspects in preparation for tonight's actual concert taping. An estimated 1,500 fans were in attendance. A large portion of the pre-concert taping was capturing audience reactions for later footage. Mariah called for the crowd to "get creative". She explained that she would be lip-synching and perform "It's Like That", "Heartbreaker", and "Dreamlover". Mariah helped direct certain shots while insisting, "I'm not trying to be a diva!" The afternoon was very informal with breaks between performances. MC frequently communicated with director/friend Sanaa Hamri ("U Make Me Wanna", "Bringin' on the Heartbreak", etc.) and did re-shoots to "capture the moments". Bill, "the camera guy" (as Mariah affectionately called him), recorded and interviewed fans following the pre-concert taping. Afterwards, a lot of fans were angry and disappointed, the one hour taping announced in the winners e-mails turned out to be 15 minutes. Some fans were interviewed and after tests, they will choose some for the DVD, at least it's what they said. The worse part of it is that the fans stood outside for more than 2 hours in the sun, no water stands, some fans became sick. It was a great experience for some and a nightmare for some others. Later that night, Mariah was scheduled to take the stage at around 9:00pm, but didn't appear until about 9:50pm. To the crowd's surprise, as well as Mariah's, R&B group Boyz II Men came out and performed "One Sweet Day" (in its entirety) with MC. The audience responded enthusiastically. Although a snippet of "Thank God I Found You/Make It Last" was not performed, "Make It Happen" was performed. October 11, 200618 yr Me too, we are WAYYY OVERDUE a DVD from a concert, she's done the Rainbow Tour - DVD was promised - still no DVD. We were promised a Charmy tour DVD - 3 years later still no DVD. We BETTER get one :arrr:
