I hope you're right and I'm just too old to realise this is a good video. I'd take that - ha! But seriously - when I think of this song I can't understand how they came up with this video concept. Hope the original video leaks soon.

They had to, cause the original cover was shot by the same guy who shot the original video. He got pissy cuz they scrapped his video, so he scrapped this album shoot

I don't actually think this video is that bad. I was expecting worse from some of the comments I've seen. It's not something you'd watch over and over but it's pleasant enough. I agree that it doesn't really 'fit' the song.

Watched a 1 minute clip of the original video - so much better and actually fits the song. The fact that it's not rewatchable is the problem - there will be less steaming points and being a video artist for streaming she's gonna be screwed! X

I cannot be the only one who found it incredibly creepy when her friends were watching her have sex with that man? Like, boundaries, girls. And the sheer desperation they showed when it was cutting out was just... what. Show your friend and a complete stranger some respect, weirdoes.

One of her worst videos ever, what a shame. :( It's not something I feel I want to play ever again, which is never my reaction to a Britney video. I feel like I'd run the risk of marring how I feel about the song if I was to watch the video again. :o (I know this sounds dramatic but I'm not over-exaggerating... I'm genuinely so disappointed with this mess).

 

The one positive comment I can make about it is that she looks great, but... that's it. Everything going on around her is either boring or stupid. For instance her female extras are terribly annoying.

 

Seeing the leaked clips makes this even more galling because we've clearly lost out on a potentially great, stylish video. Sure, the G-Eazy scene looks very suggestive, but surely it wouldn't have taken much effort to edit that to tone it down a bit? Everything else in the leaked clips looks fine to me, nothing too outlandish. Do we know whether Britney was unhappy with her body paint scenes too?
