June 10, 20178 yr Downloaded this and it is okay, I didn't massively fall in love with any of the singles so far and I'd say on first listen that the high points of the album are Hell to the Liars, Non Believer and Bones of Ribbon.
June 10, 20178 yr This album is so dull tbh but I don't dislike it. It's just that none of the tracks have any thing to differentiate from the others and therefore everything really, really drags. I thought I'd been listening through for hours but was only on track 7 :lol: Hannah sounds gorgeous on all the tracks and I know I'll love all the singles when they're released individually and get their own time to shine but as a cohesive album, I find this very boring and there isn't even a bit of excitement like Metal & Dust to break things up a bit :(
June 10, 20178 yr Agreed... I listened to their debut lots, albeit I always thought it got slightly worse towards the end. This is one of those cases where there will probably only be a few keepers and they're in danger of becoming one of those acts that you go off more with every release due to it all being so similar.
