MTV in Canada has launched an online auction in support of MTV’s Staying Alive Foundation, dedicated to HIV and AIDS awareness.

 

The Staying Alive Foundation was formed in January 2005 to encourage young people to take concrete action in protecting themselves and their communities against the multiple threats posed by the spread of HIV and AIDS, and to fight discrimination faced by people of all ages living with HIV and AIDS.

 

Mariah has donated a signed denium jacket for the auction which will be available for bidding on 2nd October,2006.
