They even scheduled this perfectly. UK leg ends April 23 and Australia leg only stars on May 12th. Is this real life?

But BGT live shows won't happen till May, will they? Anyway, I hope they get to promote the song to every country they go now

edit: imagine if they get another gold single, fuuuuuuuuck!!!!! :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo:

WOW, I know I mentioned a feature but I honestly wasn't expecting this. I unashamedly adore Sean Paul so I'm absolutely ecstatic about this. There goes all reservations I had re 'Hair' as a single choice. Here's hoping it can pull a 'Cheap Thrills'. :P

This could be their THIRD gold single from this album. Incredible!

Does anyone know of girlgroup who had singles campaign like this? 3 gold singles and 1 platinum (or better, obvs)?

But I don't mean those certifications that come a decade later

Spice Girls - Spice (1996)

Wannabe #1 (2x Platinum)

Say You'll Be There #1 (Platinum)

2 Become 1 #1 (Platinum)

Who Do You Think You Are/Mama #1 (Platinum)

Aside from that, not really!

They've made Hair album only now. Smart choice. (Edit: They've only done this on the standard, I assume they'll do it for deluxe by Friday)

This is what they should have done with How Ya Doing and The Saturdays should have done with Higher. It consolidates sales to one version, which means it gets higher on iTunes. Jess Glynne did it with Take Me Home and it helped her a lot.

People are obviously going to draw The Saturdays comparisons but you have to remember that Sean Paul has done around 40 collaborations.
Celeb Mix's Twitter has done almost as much promo for the girls as Modest have done in the whole Get Weird era

I'm so excited about this, I can't wait till friday!! :cheer:

What do you guys think the video will be like? What do you want?

I'm expecting a non-christmassy version of something similar to Ariana's Santa Baby, but with more choreography.

I'm expecting something similar to the one they gave as like a fan bonus on the iTunes preorder, but obviously with a lot more choreo, and with a much bigger budget

Well done to Little Mix and the record company for going all out on the 4th single and really making attempts to achieve a fourth hit from this album. This really shows the record company must truly believe in the potential of the Get Weird era to be pushed further and further.

I really am expecting a deluxe re-release of Get Weird in the fourth quarter, a brand new track to lead that campaign (should it happen) would push the album to triple platinum status.

As much as I'd prefer them to just go onto album 4, I could see GW going number 1, and like you say Pippa, potentially even triple platinum, with a re-release, so it might actually be a decent idea
I'd rather they move on to album 4 after "Hair". Get Weird will probably be double platinum by then, and that's good enough. Let album 4 be a fantastic album and get all those things on it's own

Agreed. I don't find a re-release necessary just because an album has been more successful. Well, to be honest, I don't find them necessary in general!
