The #11 we all knew was coming :'(

 

It might not peak there and #11 is still a BIG success, but obviously frustrating considering we've gone through this once already this era!

11 is higher than I thought it would be looking at yesterday's midweeks was suggesting they'd fall to around 15, those missing iTunes sales really made a difference.

 

I think they'll increase on streaming from Monday with Capital and R1 AirPlay being upped, but actually think #11 is there peak unless BGT happens, which I'm not 100% sure about with R&B on Syco's minds. Next week's chart looks way too full for them to sneak in though.

We can't allow the girls to have two songs peak at Number 11. We can all complain all we like about lack of promotion or whatever (which I will gladly admit I do as much as anyone) but we can do our bit to make sure Hair gets Top 10. Hopefully being A-list on Radio 1 will be the last push it needs. In all honesty if we go up one place and get Number 10 next week then I'll be happy with that and see anything else as a bonus

Panda, Drake & Rihanna's new song, Stone Roses, Gareth Malone a couple of Eurovision songs will overtake them this week, I expect them around #14 again next week. If R&B push them out of the top 10 on iTunes and lose the top 10 effect, it could be even worse.

#18 on streams this week, which goes to show Spotify isn't 100% because of the second version.

I don't mind a #11 peak if it goes gold. And a BGT performance would be amazing too

Down to #10 on iTunes now, Eurovision will push it out of the top 10 tomorrow if will.i.am hasn't tonight. Bit of a shame when it spent 3 weeks in the top 10 on the sales chart and in the iTunes chart.

BGT final performers will be announced at some point this week. Last year it was announced on Wednesday. Keeping everything crossed, I believe it's the only thing that can give this a top 10 peak. It should go silver this week though!

I'd be amazed if it doesn't go Silver this week given that sales have been over 30k for the last couple of weeks. I agree that in all likelihood no BGT = no top 10

How many weeks A list do we think it'll get?

 

2 weeks max seems good for a a 4th single, and I can't see them getting more than that (though I'm really pleased it's made the A list at all). If the song is on BGT final, 2 weeks will be annoying as it'll be taken off just before the final, again, so 3+ weeks A list please!
