Considering all the streaming is missing from early mids and Zayn's streaming is SO high, I wouldn't be surprised if he managed to climb back into, or close to the top 10 by the end of the week, as more and more streaming data is added.

Having just listened to Zayn's album, I can see why it's not doing that well. It's not a bad album as such, but most of it isn't anywhere near as accessible as the two singles. And it's a world away from the sound of 1D's melodic pop/rock so I can't see that many 1D fans being into it. Sure it might rebound a bit with future singles but I can easily see it being one of the lowest selling #1 albums of the year.

Birdy's album has probably climbed since the early mids thanks to her performance on The Voice, expect it to stay top ten

Looks like Fifth Harmony won't be getting that #1 after all. If only they did some promo 2/3 weeks ago

If Zayn has dropped to number 18 it indicates the album is heavily going to struggle. I had thought the Pet Shop Boys may be number 1 in the first set of mid-weeks and then drop off. It would be wonderful if they can stay top 5 before the huge inevitable drop next week.

That is an incredible top 3 *.* Would like Posner to make way for Sia/FH though.. Good to see Sia in the top 10 on albums too, can't believe anyone doubted the release of 'Cheap Thrills'. She still has so many potentials hits to come from the album too.

I think Pet Shop Boys could be looking at a #4 debut in the albums, I can't see anything other than Adele overtaking them. That's a pretty good result, although about usual for them anyway!

I expect that in the next full update we'll see Galantis overtake the Vamps, I'm predicting No Money to end up around 18-24 this week if it keeps gaining. Glad to see AlunaGeorge entering finally, I also think that'll fall out of the top 40 by the next update :( Such a shame its streaming has never managed to take off after weeks of top 40 sales. By the looks of it Mike Posner has another week at number one in the bag then, I'd expect Sia to push him to it next week.

I'd be surprised if Galantis overtook The Vamps that quick! I do think it will happen by Friday though.

If Aluna could somehow manage to just make it into the top 40, I'd be overjoyed.

 

I bet it will end up at #42 or #43 again or something though :(
