Posted April 8, 20169 yr New single from girlgroup M.O. after just failing to break the top 40 in 2014 (Dance On My Own) and 2015 (Preach). Premiered on the 1Xtra Breakfast Show this morning, 'Too Good' has a 2-Step garage garage vibe similar to megahits Where Are U Now/Never Forget You with an R&B touch and pop sensibility. Very radio friendly and catchy. Thoughts?
April 8, 20169 yr I really like the pre-chorus and the chorus but I am not mad on the verses really. I was in love with 'Preach' so it was always going to be hard to follow that up; I'll let this have time to grow.
April 8, 20169 yr This sounds fantastic! Best track I've heard in weeks, shame it'll no doubt be another flop for them :(
April 8, 20169 yr Author If this gets the same promotion and radio support that 'Preach' did last year, the song itself sounds like an outside bet for a summer smash. Very current and wouldn't sound out of place on Capital.
April 9, 20169 yr Delighted they're still getting label investment because they have so much to offer, with this track sounding like a prime example of that on first listen. So many great little elements to the production and layers of vocals/effects. Love the 'I'm sorry that I got a lot of questions' parts.
