May 8, 20169 yr Love a bit of Nero but Guilt isn't really their best, perhaps it should've been lower :kink: as with a lot of the recent NOW albums I lose quite a few 10s early on :P
May 8, 20169 yr Guilt is absolutely the best Nero song, so clever in the way it builds and a thoroughly enjoyable listening experience all the way through. Shame it's not in the top 10 - Broken Record to win please.
May 8, 20169 yr Author Yeah Guilt is their best for me too (at least in terms of chart hits). Act Like You Know is their best ever song.
May 8, 20169 yr Author Dobbo why is Inna on there twice? Oops well spotted! That should have been Wynter Gordon - Dirty Talk :kink:

Adele - Someone Like You hLQl3WQQoQ0 Average Score: 7.53 Total Votes: 32 Highest Rating: 11 (dandy*, Jester & Viper*) Lowest Rating: -1 (Dobbo) In at a surprisingly low #10 is Adele with 'Someone Like You', the first track on the album. It became her first UK #1 after a BRITs performance where it spent a month at the top. Let's move on... At #9 is the first UK #1 for DJ Fresh in 'Louder'. A Summer anthem of 2011, it also became the first ever dubstep #1 (where it would be closely followed by Nero's 'Promises' a month later). Fresh would follow up with the first ever Drum 'n' Bass #1 the following year. Finishing just ahead by virtue of receiving an 11 is Romanian singer Alexandra Stan with her global smash 'Mr. Saxobeat'. It became a top 3 hit in June 2011 after dominating much of Europe however she remains a one-hit wonder here with no other top 40 hits to her name... yet!

The song spent a fortnight at #1 and was quickly followed to the summit 3 months later with 'Stay Awake'. Only 3 tracks received more 10's than this (including poor Give Me Everything all the way down in 21st!!!) Just outside the top 5 is Katy B with her 3rd single as lead artist, 'Broken Record'. The track became her 3rd top 10 hit out of 3 as it peaked at #8 but it would be 3 years before her next came along. Achieving an extremely unprecedented top 5 are The Wanted with their second UK #1 single 'Glad You Came'. This the same group that were flopping in 2nd last in the Now 85 Rate turn it right around here, in fact only receiving one score below a 5.
May 8, 20169 yr Author 3. Kelis - Bounce ooZwmeUfuXg Average Score: 7.89 Total Votes: 32 Highest Rating: 11 (MACMOORE22) Lowest Rating: -1 (Jonjo) Calvin Harris, winner of 2 Now Rates (if we include the Spectrum remix), comes home in fourth this time out with lead single from his Greatest Hits album '18 Months'. The song was the first in a run of 4 successive #2 peakers as lead artist for the DJ & featured the vocal talents of Kelis, who has never returned to the UK charts since. With only the top 3 managing an above 8 average this time, Nicole Scherzinger manages one high enough to win 6 other Now Rates to date. 'Don't Hold Your Breath' became her first UK #1 as a solo artist in March 2011 & remains her only one. Perhaps more impressively, it's lowest score received was as high as a 4! With all that we're left with two songs remaining: On The Floor Vs. Super Bass, show your allegiances!
May 8, 20169 yr Example's track is like 5 years old but omg it's still such a jam! :music: if only he was still as successful now. His discography in general is just
May 8, 20169 yr Author And the Now 79 Queen is... 1. Nicki Minaj - Super Bass 4JipHEz53sU Average Score: 8.53 Total Votes: 32 Highest Rating: 11 (darkstar79, Fgiboy2511 & Jonjo) Lowest Rating: 0 (Jacob Alan) 2. Jennifer Lopez - On The Floor t4H_Zoh7G5A Average Score: 8.47 Total Votes: 32 Highest Rating: 11 (Dangerous Cody, gooddelta, Jimmy Jam, n4yr & vibe) Lowest Rating: -1 (darkstar79) A very close finish once again but honours go to Mrs. Minaj in the Now 79 Rate! A valiant effort from Jennifer Lopez who finishes as runner-up. 'On The Floor' a massive global success in 2011 and turned into one of the best comeback singles of the decade, spending 2 weeks at #1 in the UK, her first since 2005's 'Get Right'. The single featured Pitbull who earned his very first UK #1 (soon to be followed by Give Me Everything) although interestingly, the Now 79 inclusion was a Pitbull-less version but we all know he makes the song just that bit better right? The pair have seemingly produced an annual excerpt every year since... 'On The Floor' received the most 11's in the rate however also picked up a costly -1. Therefore we are left with one remaining track to take the crown, that being 'Super Bass'. The track became Nicki Minaj's first UK top 10 as lead artist, peaking at #8 & managing a very lengthy run in the top 40. It is generally seen as one of her signature songs & turned out to be her big international breakthrough. She remains with just the sole UK #1 hit to date, 2014's 'Bang Bang' but I'm sure there's plenty to more of her to come in the near future. 'Super Bass' received by far the most 10's in the rate with 13 & just the three scores below a 6, the high scoring consistency proving sufficient enough to earn her first Now Rate victory! Thanks to the 31 other participants in this rate, just the 3 more to go now the next of which will be up in due course...
May 8, 20169 yr Super Bass is great but not really winner material imo, but that's to be expected with the large fan base she has on here. OTF is still a jam :music:
May 8, 20169 yr Surprised Superbass won, but happy all the same, love some queen Nicki  Slay at the Sats coming top 20, and J Lo taking 2nd
