If he's not #1 he's seen as a flop. When he does get to #1 he's seen as a flop

I love their logic. They have so little intelligence it's shocking they have such a good job

I mean Rudebox got to #4 and sold over 25k which are sales loads of songs get to #1 these days. Did the 3AM bitches mention that at the time? Of course not. They only cared about the chart position, but now suddenly they want to talk about the exact figuers. It truely is beyond pathetic. They are like a bunch of 9 year olds

Robbie's $6500 a night pad

October 26, 2006 12:00

Daily Telegraph, Sydney.

TAKE a peek at the luxurious $6500-a-night, one-bedroom suite that will be home to Robbie Williams and Elton John during their upcoming Sydney stays.

Refurbished for the first time since 1990, the third-floor Governor Suite at the Sydney – the city's most expensive hotel penthouse – has been unveiled just weeks before the British stars check in on separate dates.

No expense as been spared – about $200,000 – in creating an uncluttered, timeless style for guests who have included royalty, heads of state, corporate leaders and celebrities.

"The only thing that hasn't changed is the incredible view of Sydney Harbour and the Opera House," said the hotel's Lara Dawson.

It is 185sq m, has six private balconies, a dining table for 12 and adjacent kitchen, and butler entrances to the kitchen and walk-in wardrobe.

Floor-to-ceiling glass provides Harbour views, while the living area has a baby grand piano.

I know. It reminds me of some apartment in Spain people go on their holidays to

The bathroom is nice though ^_^

Nigel :arrr: :puke2:

What the man doesn't get is that Rob probably wants an apology too for being treated like s**t for 5 years, but unfortunately he can't sue him for that.

Robbie Williams Says He's Had Sex In Public

October 26, 2006 8:04 a.m. EST

Maira Oliveira - All Headline News Reporter

London, England (BANG) - There's no stopping this British singer from having sex anytime, anywhere - literally. Robbie Williams will be the first to admit he's been quite the adventurous type during his lifetime and has even confessed to enjoying sex in public places.

The British pop sensation - who has dated a string of celebrities including model Rachel Hunter and singer Nicole Appleton - says his excessive use of drugs and alcohol during his early career awakened his appetite for daring sexual thrills.

He told Britain's More magazine, "When I used to take drugs, you lose your inhibitions. I've had sex in trains, planes and wine bars. And quite a few car parks."

The heartthrob admits he would love to get up close and personal with Madonna.

He said, "Even when I'm going out with a girl, I could be home watching TV and a famous girl will come out and I'll think, 'Oh, I fancy her.' Madonna is one of those women."

Robbie says he doesn't bother getting involved in one-night stands anymore because they're hard work.

The "Angels" singer - who reportedly has a special book of notes about his conquests - says casual relationships no longer appeal to him because he can't be bothered with the aftermath.

He said, "I suppose one-night stands are becoming too much of a palaver. If a girl comes to my place, nine out of 10 times you will not want to see her in the morning. So these days I can't really be bothered."

Robbie also says he finds it hard to find romance in Britain because of his popularity and now only dates American women.

He said, "I've been out with girls here. In Los Angeles, I can try and meet my special someone without the papers f***ing it up."

I bet Robbie will marry me, says fan

26/10/2006 - 14:45:40

A 33-year-old Robbie Williams fan stands to win £10,000 (€14,900) if she can convince her idol to marry her, bookmakers said today.

Frances Ingram, from Chester, has placed a £10 bet at odds of 1,000/1 that she will wed the superstar.

If her dream of marriage fails, Ms Ingram is willing to accept a single date with the star – which could net her £4,000 (€5,900) after she wagered a further £40 at 100/1 that the superstar would ask her out.

The store supervisor claims to be the singer’s greatest fan and has his initials tattooed on her back.

Rupert Adams, a spokesman for William Hill, which took the bets, said: “It is one of the more original bets we have ever taken and it is the sort of wager that could become self-fulfilling.

“Everyone loves seeing the bookies taken to the cleaners and I am sure Robbie is no different. If he hears about the bet, surely he will ask her out.â€

Jesus Christ vs Robbie Williams

http://www.purerobbie.com/photoplog/images/1/medium/1_sinsinsin4.jpg

London - A survey of British children shows more of them associate the millennium with pop singer Robbie Williams than with Jesus Christ, the Times reported on Wednesday.

The survey of nearly 700 children by the Scripture Union showed 10 percent linked the millennium with Williams and his hit song "Millennium", while only one percent thought it had anything to do with Christianity, the newspaper said.

The results will come as a blow to church leaders campaigning for the millennium to be celebrated as the 2 000th anniversary of the birth of Christ.

"Our children deserve more... The millennium is about Jesus Christ, portrayed in the New Testament as the children's friend," the survey's author Ro Willoughby was quoted as saying. -

Thanks to Purerobbie ^_^

So pleased to see some good and genuine press for a change and from the UK's biggest selling newspaper.

Good one Victoria. I will buy your paper today.

Yeah, she is defenitely loving him at the moment.

But I'm still a bit sceptical. Hope she won't change her tune again in case everyone else says the album is a flop and once TT start outselling Rob with their new material, which could easily happen. <_<

Fingers crossed she keeps up her current attitude.

I have to say I don't like the "one month off" bit before the Australian tour. I guess that means Rob will do no promotion for the album or Lovelight at all, which is a shame. I think it would be needed.

Not that he doesn't deserve a break, but I was hoping he'd have 2 weeks off and would start promoting Lovelight/the album then. :(

Monsoon I am expecting our lovely press to slag Robbie off re: sales against TT. The sad thing is they forget one has been successful for ten years, I guess you have to be out of it for ten years. It is like new kids on the block unfortunately.

But I will stay very firmly in the Robbie camp. Take That, Take That, it ain't proper :D Before I get shouted down, all tongue in cheek from me and double inuenndo from Robbie

Me and all. I'm already :puke2: at the thought of it.

For that time I'd like to dig myself a hole and stay in there for a while until the worst has died off

Britpop's baddest bad boys go green with latest videos

THEY may be some of the most quintessentially English pop stars around but that has not stopped Robbie Williams and Oasis turning to Dublin for inspired ideas for their latest albums.

The musical giants have hired Irish production companies to come up with imaginative videos for their newest releases.

Production company Venom's offering to accompany Williams' track 'Bongo Bong,' scheduled as the third single release from 'Rudebox,' features actors in a southside Dublin cul de sac.

Meanwhile, Oscar-nominated Dublin animation company Brown Bag's creation for the Gallagher brothers, is completely animated and includes a cartoon of Liam Gallagher playing a tambourine.

The video sees Oasis transported into a stunning world based entirely on the paintings of the famous Manchester artist LS Lowry. It was created for Oasis' re-released single 'Masterplan'.

Venom's video is one of seven short films commissioned by Williams' to accompany tracks on his latest album.

Filmmaker Ken Wardrop and his business partner Andrew Freedman were given the green light by Williams because of their previous work, including the award-winning short 'Undressing My Mother'.

The result was their video for 'Bongo Bong', the premise of which is a valley of squinting windows, inspired by a south Dublin cul-de-sac.

Ranelagh native Freedman said the pair were thrilled with the pop star's commission.

"Working for Robbie has been a great opportunity," he said. He has been very supportive, and approved our treatment of the track, which is basically a mockumentary about a man who lives on a cul de sac, and everyone's views of that person. "It's going to be available in a mixed format - on DVD, online and on Channel 4." Meanwhile, Brown Bag Films has just released its Oasis video after the badboy rockers requested they turn them into cartoon characters.

Brown Bag, which is famous for its cartoon 'Give Up Yer Aul Sins', has come up with a video for a single that was originally released as a B-side on 'Wonderwall'.

Unusually, 'Masterplan' is sung by Noel rather than Liam Gallagher - although Liam was not one to be left out.

"One of the requests we got from Liam was that he be sitting at a side stage playing a tambourine," said Brown Bag producer Jackie Leonard. it."

Cathal Gaffney and Darragh O'Connell's video, which has up to 450 characters, lasts just over five minutes.

It is the first release from the band's new greatest hits collection 'Stop All The Clocks'.

Bongo Bong 3rd single. :o

This is my worst nightmare coming true. :puke2:

I'm beginning to think they don't want this album to be successful.

Still hoping this is a bad joke.

Robbie ready for action

October 29, 2006 12:00am

ROBBIE Williams has requested injections of vitamin B while touring Australia - perhaps to boost his sex drive.

The singer has also told organisers he wants extra soft toilet paper  and a game of five-a-side soccer in which he must be challenged and not allowed to win.

"Robbie plays a tough game," said tour promoter Michael Chugg. "We all stand around praying he doesn't break a leg."

Mr Chugg would not speculate on why Williams wanted a vitamin shot. But asked if it might be for his sex drive, he said: "It wouldn't surprise me
