I really want them to squeeze 5 singles from this.

 

I think it's going to be SOTME > Touch > Oops firstly. I'm not a big fan of Oops, but I can see why it'd do well as a single.

 

But I want No More Sad Songs and Power both as singles. Firstly, I think the former could be a massive hit for them, it has the euphoric boppy charm of Call The Shots. And for the latter, power I think it would make a great 5th single, becuase it's a more risky single and wouldn't matter about underperforming as much at the back of the campaign. I selfishly want it as a single because a video and TV performances would be AMAZING. So.... SOTME > Touch > Oops > No More Sad Songs > Power. They've never had this much singles potential on an album before!

Hmmm, streams on Spotify show that most people streamed Oops and Power, probably because it's earlier on the album as Freak and Beep Beep are the least. Still they have less numbers than Bruno & Metallica

Most of the album is in the top 200 here! 12 songs! Bruno has 5 and Metallica have....4.

Number 1 in mids, selling 25% more than Metallica!

Someone asked if Little Mix had done over 25k, and he said yes. Though it's not clear how much more. Could be 15k more, could be 2k more.

Bruno is miles behind apparently.

I reckon they will sell around 80k this week.

Would have loved over 100k but I'm not sure.

If Bruno is miles behind its going to be out of Metallica & Little Mix, Looking forward to Monday to see how big there lead is and stuff will know by then if they will be able to hold on. I think they will do it though I see Metallica being more frontloaded than little mix to be honest.

Little Mix are currently on Radio 2 doing interview and "No More Sad Songs" from the album was given a play.

I think Power is already in my top 3 LM tracks ever (and its quickly chasing Move!), I literally haven't listened to anything else since yesterday 😂

I get it though, they wanted to keep momentum and they had serious time constraints... I'm amazed they managed to fit it in with the whirlwind year they had.

 

Like with Salute and Get Weird, you can tell so much more effort went into those.

I think it suffers from being a bit uncohsive and random but Get Weird is generally not well regarded and called rushed and I think it's better than that one.

That's the one thing I've always had with Get Weird, it was really uncohesive and all over the place but had plenty of strong stuff on there. I dunno, I just feel this is all a bit "will this do?"

I think this has more big moments.

It's a great collection of songs - there's no real sound they are going for though. It will please quite a few different people due to the different sounding songs.
