There is absolutely no coincidence that as soon as Lendl is reappointed he wins another Slam! Straight sets too just like 2013 :D

Absolutely not. I think if they had not split then he'd have won probably another couple of Slams at least. I think he's good for Murray as he's similar to him. I'm pretty sure Murray has stated the difference is that Lendl's pre-match preparations really help Murray. Hopefully he can win the US Open. Aim now must be to try and become World number 1.

Yeah I think he would have too, under Mauresmo you could tell during games that weren't going his way the old Murray would come back & complain about anything & everything but under Lendl that seems to be seldom the case.

He needs to beat Novak in another Slam final I think to fully embed his case for world #1, perhaps a repeat of 2012 on the cards this September!

Heather Watson has won the mixed doubles with her partner, Henri Kontinen!! :cheer:

Saw this briefly. Congratulations to her. Hopefully could give her the springboard she needs in her career. They'd never played in a tournament together before. Well done to her. A great day for British tennis with Gordon Reid and Jordanne Whiley winning the men's wheelchair singles for Gordon and the wheelchair women's doubles in Whiley.

Very pleased to see Heather Watson win the mixed doubles, that's awesome for her. And her partner is the first Finn to win any Grand Slam at all :D

That's fantastic for Finland to have a Grand Slam winner. It's always good to see a Finnish person do well in sport for me.
