LizzieSarah - I agree withsome of your choices, but not all - it would be too dull if we all agreed. We all have different tastes - and it is not essential to love every song.

I like RockDJ - but have never been so keen on Millenium/She's The One.

I really like all the new songs too - Rudebox originally took a while to grow but it did, and is fantastic live. (Radio took a while to grow too, and is now one of my top favourites). I prefer The Actor to KissMe- from first hearing The Actor I just wanted to listen again.

I can't wait to hear the other new songs- not long to go now :)

btw, scotty sent me the songs

i was asking for, thanks anyway :cheer:

bye bye

Hey your not alone at all - yes those songs ie Millenium etc are ok but they are clearly not his best work and he has admitted that he dosent like performing them at shows but the record company will aim to please the masses in order to make as much money as possible.

So your not in alone in your thinking - I agree with you and Rob would too!

Good Concert song yes - but many of his other tracks are much better

The female voice is Marsha Tomason

I was actually just coming to ask that...a friend said it sounded like Madonna, lol!

aren`t you gonna hear it jupiter

Nope. :P

I'm holding out for the 23rd.

( Well, that's my intention anyway ;) )

i`wont hear another song too

i`ve heard too many -_-

so, i won´t listen just like with Intensive care

you know what? It is nice to know that your song choices are the same as mine. I have been questioning myself if I am losing the plot by prefering his newer material over his older, commercial 'hits'.

I have, until now, thought I was alone in not liking Millenium, Rock DJ, She's the One.

I love most of the IC tracks, Tripping, Ghosts, Make Me Pure, Random Acts of Kindness and I am enjoying listening to his new songs on Rudebox. :cheer:  :cheer:

Most of the people at MK went wild for his old stuff whereas I am very much going wild for his new material, wish they would be more accepting of his new songs and his experimentation.. But no, he has got to perform Rock DJ. Does my head in.

Why does it do you head in  Surely you appriciate after seeing Rob live as many times as you have, what a brilliant live song Rock DJ is for getting a stadium full of people going wild. That is what concerts are for. Song which get the crownd going. If he sang songs like Random acts only his die hard fans would know all the words and it would IMO bore a stadium to death. People go to a concert to have a brilliant time singing and dancing to great live songs that the whole crowd know. it would ruin the whole gig if he did'nt sing songs where the whole crownd could get involved ^_^

Yes those songs should be sung in concert - my argument was that Rock DJ was less artistic than some of his other tracks so I peeps are confusing the subject at hand

I NEED A PM PLEASE!!!!

:: bats eyelashes :::

me too please :( :)

Oh yes definatly. Rock DJ's lyrics are'nt going to win any awards but as a fun pop song I think it's one of his best :)

I have just heard song for the first time (actually 2 minutes) and I think it's cool, but nothing special... -_-

But I think I will like it more than Rudebox, Lovelight and Kiss Me (and of course Lonestar Rising)...

It's

well

interesting... ^_^ And I like Robbie voice in it... :yahoo:

I should know that I can't expect nothing like Angels  , Feel  , No Regrets  , Supreme  , Monsoon , Come Undone  on new album Rudebox... I'm a bit sad because of that, but it's cool that Robbie is trying different thinks, even I'm not very exicit because of that...

I dont dislike it but do understand what Nada is saying

I can't wait to hear the whole album :yahoo:

It's great that you all have those old rob songs to listen to but he has to change his musical style to stay fresh - the man said he was going to close the whole thing down as it was and couldnt see himself making another album like the previous ones and as much as I like his previous work Im delighted at the change in direction.

Madonna hasnt gotten to where she is today but remaining the same - shes over twenty odd yrs in the music business and has managed to reinvent herself and bring her fanbase with her and pick up new people on the way which is what Rob is doing.

It's a cut-throad, dog-eat-dog - survival of the fittest, industry!

We can appreaciate his old and his new work
