Greetings all.

 

It's will be in approximately 100 weeks (Summer 2018) that we are due to see the release of the 100th volume of the iconic Now That's What I Call Music! series.

It has been running since 1983 and hasn't stopped once. To mark this occasion, myself, along with some other forum members, will be attempting a comprehensive review of the series right from the start up until the 100th release in 2018.

 

What we plan on doing is having a weekly thread, similar to what I believe Ðøßßø has been doing for the last couple of years. Ðøßßø is also on board with this project, which doesn't aim to compete with what he has already done, but rather will hopefully compliment his hard work (and others too) by of using on a greater insight into how much we love, or dislike, each volume.

 

I shall intend to upload the first of these topics tomorrow focus sing on the very first release from way back in 1983.

 

I intend to make good use of polls to find out what different peoples individual music tastes are, and to try and determine which is the greatest Now! Volume of all time!

 

If you wish to contribute to this ongoing project with any insights, fan photos, or any ideas which could make this a more interactive experience for everyone involved, please do let me know. :)
