February 28, 20178 yr Author I had a dream about this last night, Kerli, Koit & Laura and Ariadne all didn't make the superfinal! :( But 'Have You Now' did along with Ivo and Rasmus~ I woke up before we found out the winner though.

That sounds even worse than my dream last night where Ace Wilder stole my phone

Once the two sets of points are combined, the top three acts will progress to the superfinal. Here, the overall winner will be chosen by 100% televoting. The favourites to win At Coolbet, Kerli is favourite to win with odds at Evens. Koit Toome & Laura aren't too far behind with odds just under 3/1. Also in contention are Elina Born, Ariadne and Rasmus Rändvee who are all around the 10/1 mark. A win for any of the other five would be a big surprise.
March 4, 20178 yr Author There are rumours that they could be having an international jury for the first time, Mans Zelmerlow is already one confirmed juror and Poli Genova is apparently in Tallinn too. Also an Israeli jury is believed to be on the cards. This isn't a guarantee as Isac Elliot from Finland was a juror last year and the rest were Estonian, but we shall wait and see. An international jury certainly wouldn't be as anti-Lohmus (therefore anti-Verona) as Estonian jurors tend to be. However Laura isn't very well so her vocal performance is expected to be poor unfortunately.

March 4, 20178 yr Author ESTONIA SAVE THE DAY AGAIN!!!!!!!! Verona winning this was more important than Loreen sorry so
March 4, 20178 yr Author Can we just at the presenters playing that Oscars wrong winner trick though after announcing Koit & Laura as the winner!! :o Laura must have had a heart attack for that split second, so mean yet so funny of the presenters to do that to poor Laura after all her failed attempts.
March 4, 20178 yr Author Nothing surprised me too much in this final, the introduction of a few international jurors managed to water down the Estonians giving high scores to Ivo. If he was a place or two higher with juries I imagine he could've knocked out Rasmus for that third superfinal spot. Elina coming last with juries and televoters was the only real surprise, even objectively she gave a performance worthy of the top half. And I'm glad Koit & Laura weren't snubbed by juries as much as I feared. I know lots of Eurofans would have wanted Kerli and while I grew to really like her song, it never quite touched the amazingness of Verona. Her live vocals were massively outclassed by Koit & Laura too. Personally I preferred Verona's staging as well, very classy and filmed as if it was a live music video which was really cool although I know I'll be in the minority there.
March 4, 20178 yr Author Woop for Laura trying for so many years since her Eurovision appearance with Suntribe and now she finally makes it she gets to go all the way... back to Kyiv again! :kink: 2005 reunion with Omar! :cheer:
March 4, 20178 yr Author Yes! *.* She's in the blue top, sings lead vocal at 48 seconds in: mqvOUfdwQtw And the winning performance from tonight for those too busy with Melfest: _R8YE5ZNHgU

March 4, 20178 yr This salvages the Loreen fiasco! YES! I didn't think it had a prayer - Estonia are right at the top of my list now... Until Lithuania, possibly, that is. It's a total Baltic wash out for me this year.
March 4, 20178 yr Elina coming last with juries and televoters was the only real surprise, even objectively she gave a performance worthy of the top half. I've never been a fan of the song and the performance didn't convince me otherwise, although I am shocked she came last on the televote considering you'd assume she's quite a big name in Estonia.
