I own it, and I'm always playing it, I find it better than Last Straw, my favourite album of 2006, so glad they are releasing Set The Fire as their next single

set fire to the third bar is a great song though i love its beginning to get to me the most

I also own it, and can confirm that it is my album of the year (was originally Arctic Monkeys). Definately the best album in my collection. I have about 95% of it downloaded onto my iPod.

 

I can play this album 3 times over and not get sick. Better than 'Final Straw', but even FS was amazing

oh yes it kills final straw with ease...i can listen to it for ages and not tire of it, long time since an album has had that effect on me

For me, it doesn't work as well if I say it's 'The Best Album I've Heard Since Arctic Monkeys'... considering they were only a few months apart :lol:

i dont like the artic monkeys...got nothing against them just dont like their music so when you say Eyes Open is better then artic monkeys i highly agree

It's just when I bought Arctic Monkeys in Feb, it was all I listened to until I bought Snow Patrol's 'Eyes Open', which, apart from a handful of times which are exceptions, has been the first CD in my CD player since ^_^

I only got this on Monday, it's not usually the sort of music I'd listen to but I'm so in love with Chasing Cars I'd thought I'd give it a go ^_^ It's good, but there are only a few standout tracks for me and 2 of them have already been released.

Not had chance to get it yet but it is on my list. :)

Shame on you for not getting it yet! :P

Brilliant album. ^_^ Its not like albums were you listen to them constantly for a week or so and you get bored. ^_^ Theres so many potenial singles on here and hopefully it will reach a million sales easily before the end of the year. ^_^

An amazing album released this year! It made me love Snow Patrol even more and "Final Straw" is not a patch on it (in my opinion), although it was great either way.

its a strong album full of songs that just grow and grow on you,its better than final straw(WHICH IS ALSO BRILLIANT) eyes open is my fave track on the album but set the fire is so catchy and powerfull it has to be a huge hug ehit
