Janet Jackson’s seriously bad new album "20 Y.O" may cause her man Jermaine Dupri to quit as president of the Virgin Urban division.

 

Dupri who produced Jackson’s flop record is placing the blame for poor sales at the door of Virgin marketing executives; Dupri believes that poor sales can be blamed on lack of radio play and bad marketing rather then bad songs.

 

It has also been rumoured that Dupri is considering whacking a Mariah Carey duet on a new version of the album to boost sales.

 

 

 

the new album will need a serious shake up to do better and big name duets would be a great help,it really is needed

its a shame that a repackaging has to be done for an album that has only been out a few weeks

I think the current single and so excited are quite weak tracks, she needs to release something a bit more fiesty in order to gain back her popularity.

Im sorry, but what is the point of re-releasing the album. Sure it'll help sales a bit, but theres already 6 versions of it available, how many more does she plan on making her fans pay for :blink:

I think she really needs to include a few new tracks, like with Mariah as someone mentioned, if that were released 20 Y.O could improve,

 

But its still early days :wub:

The album has now fell from 28 to number 42 with 19.861 sales.
