Posted October 6, 200618 yr Kylie apparantly is going to return with a pop album, after mixed reactions to her urban influenced Body language LP. I'm happy about this because I think pop suits her voice alot better and although I liked body language, I feel pop is the right direction for Kylie. According to the report I read, she has recorded some songs in a similar vane to "slow", which I love that track. She will go back into the recording studio in january, so this suggests the album wont be ready until sometime next year. Also, a special 3 disc edition of Ultimate Kylie is being released specifically in Australia. It contains the same music tracks as the original CD on disc 1 and 2, plus the DVD videos on disc 3. Its available to preorder from eil.com. Its being released only in Australia on 30th October and will feature new artwork.
October 6, 200618 yr im delighted she is doing a pop alabum agaib instead f another body language style album
October 9, 200618 yr I thought Body Language was electro pop. Apart from 'Red Blooded Woman', 'Chocolate' and 'After Dark' which sounded very urban influenced. But yes, I'm glad to see the next album will be pure pop goodness. :D
October 9, 200618 yr Is that Nelly Furtado duet still going ahead, or was that just a rumour? I can't remember. :(
October 10, 200618 yr Not sure if it would be a good or bad thing with nelly furtado but it would def be interesting
October 10, 200618 yr Looking forward to this, even though I loved 'Body Language'. IMO The genre and/or record label does not affect how good her albums are. Edited October 10, 200618 yr by Tim
October 11, 200618 yr Well she experimented wasn't a total disaster but it will be good to get back to the sound Kylie does best.
